The food was not good at all. The steak sub was god awful it tasted just like a steakum. And the bread was dripping grease. Mostly everything we got was awful except the child’s pizza.Dont waste your time or money since this place is expensive as well

My husband and I just had dinner at The Monte Carlo. The Veal Parmigiano was outstanding. The cannelloni was delicious. We have eaten in Italian restaurants in numerous states in the US. Monte Carlo is one of the best.

The pasta was not good. The pasta pictured was alfredo with chicken. Appeared to be microwaved. We sent it back. The "fatboy" was a little better, but the noodles had NO flavor. The cheese sticks were overdone, and I'm not even sure it was actually cheese in them. I was told they took the charge off for the pasta.. dont know because there was not an itemized bill. Still came to $50 for 2 people with a meal being taken off.
I wish we would have had fast food instead

Decided to try this restaurant because the reviews were decent. It was the worst experience of Italian food I have ever had. It must be the pizza people like

The customer service was subpar at best. We had never tried this establishment before and when we walked in were looked at as though we didnt belong. The food? From appearance VERY oily, but in all actuality it was very dry and honestly tasted like dog food. Even the chicken barely had flavor. Definitely would not recommend.

How did we forget this place? We ate at Monte Carlo two years ago visiting from Chicago and looking for a house. This was our first restaurant we went to. We finally came back and we loved it! The pizza is one of the best in Lynchburg! The garlic knots, calamari, spaghetti and meatballs and wine were also very good! Plenty to take home for an extra meal! We will be back very soon! Thank you Margarita for making us feel so special! Cheers to the Chef!

Absolutely great service. Food was delicious and in great portions. We had plenty to take home and were still stuffed by the end of our meal. Save the appetizer, you won't have room! ?
