Ordered a steak bulgogi with steak on the side, they did not include it with the rest of my order. Because I'm autistic, I gave a clearly written out list of the things that I wanted to order and I still ended up having to explain every item. I don't think I'll be back.

I’ve currently been waiting for a singular kids meal that was $15 btw for 26 minutes & counting. This place is horrible. Also its only 4 other people in here sitting, nobody in line, & everyone is eating while I’m still standing here waiting.

Too much talking, not enough working.

Check your order! Food is good but they are young. Ordered 'to go' what was suposed to be tortellini and got so-so mac instead. (Usually is better cooked) I will re-edit this if/when compensated for the error.

So I have been really wanting to try this place for a while but did not want to go by myself so my grandson said he would go and we ate and talked. The food was so good the people were friendly and took time to explain the menu. atmosphere was family friendly. Will definitely eat there again.

Wanted to get a bite to eat before we went and saw a movie. We ended up leaving because this was the WORST service from anyone I've ever witnessed. Apparently a catering order had come in and let me tell you no one working would even acknowledge the customers in line. We stood in line for about 30 min and not a peep from anyone behind the counter. There was a nice young lady in front of us that politely asked when they would start taking orders and all of the workers completely ignored her. I understand having to fill big orders but at least have the decency to acknowledge your customers. This location lost 20+ customers based on the poor service. The owner of this franchise really needs to have a discussion with his staff on how to treat their customers.

Our first time here and it was so good! I was able to customize my noodles how I liked! The person who took our order was really sweet and helpful!
