Owner was super nice, the food was phenomenal, and service was quick. Some great vegetarian options too. The hours were a bit inconsistent, and I lived out of town, so I didn't get to go as much as I liked.

We have never been served a gyro with lamb slices so dried out that pieces broke off. Nor have we ever paid so much for baklava; price listed was in line, but piece served was 1" x1". There was only 1 person working that night, so we understood the wait. Did NOT understand how they were OK with serving old food. Will never go back and there are other options in town.

Where do I start??. OMG the ox tails and chicken fall off the bone melt in your mouth. it's something about AUTHENTIC CARIBBEAN CUISINE THAT MAKES YOUR HEART SING. Everything from the food down to the delicious punch slams your pallet into overdrive making you feel as if you're on one of those sandy beaches with the light breeze kissing your cheek. When your done eating your food you feel as if you've been to PARADISE and can't wait until Friday comes again just to do it all again.

Oh my god. I finally made it to Oasis and discovered what everyone is talking about. GREAT Caribbean food and friendly folks. Huge portion of red beans and rice. Perfectly steamed and flavored cabbage. And those humongous pieces of j*** chicken? OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. I only wish they were open more than just on Friday. And the Jamaican ginger beer!!! Try this place — they’re a gem in Lynchburg.

It was definitely worth the wait. I got the Oasis platter, Family Plater#1 and Baklava wow! Enough food to feed a small army. They were running a little behind and for this they gave me a large bowl of lintel soup. Amazing customer service and food!!!
