I got the seafood combo plate. Fries were cold, slaw not enough liquid in slaw very very dry hadto put a package of mayo in slaw in order to eat it. Fish had way too much breading on them. No would not oder that again.

Our waitress Liz was very friendly and helpful! Had never been here before even though drive by all the time. Food was excellent. Manager of the restaurant was very warm and welcoming and came by as we were eating to check in on us and was very sincere and friendly, even reminded us it was free pie day! Will definitely be back!

My husband & i We are visiting we asked the person at the hotel where can we get food. He gave us a list of places.So we chosen O'Charley's.So glad we did. The Atmosphere was so clam & pleasant the staff was nice Our waiter was so funny cracking jokes making our dinner wonderful. The food was amazing.The time we got to the restaurant it was very slow we could not understand why it was slow for a Saturday night.Anyways we had a wonderful dinner & when we come bk that way again. We sure will come bk.

Wow, what Perfect Place to eat. We came in on 8/9/23 @ noon. We had Patrick W. as our server, and his by far one of the best, we ever had at any restaurant. There were 4 of us, and we had mainly the chicken tenders and my friend had the Fish. It was all perfect. It was the best Chicken Tenders, I have ever eaten. The service was great by Patrick, what a great young man. We will be back.....

First time here and I was so glad I decided on O’Charleys over all of the other options on Wards Rd. Hailey was our waitress, she was friendly, helpful & an all around pleasure. Karen came over and made us feel right at home. Food and drinks were amazing , thank you happy hour! I highly recommend this for a family dinner out. Didn’t leave 5 star for food because my bbq ribs quesadilla had a couple bone chunks in it , but I understand it’s probably I possible to sift through it all. Otherwise it was all amazing!!

My Mom and myself went here to celebrate her bday. We had a waiter named Victor, he was one of the best waiters I ever had and my Mom said that too. I have food allergies and he went over and beyond to make sure my food was cooked safely, which I appreciated. Keep up the good work Victor. If you are ever at this O’Charley’s ask for Victor. Oh and right now they have free pie on Wednesday.

I am kinda disappointed, when you walk into ocharleys it looks nice enough. Folks greet you. Started great!We order a hamburger and chicken tenders.I will never know why do restaurants put pictures on the table of there food if they cannot even come close to replicating the food on the pictures....lolIt was a very sad cheeseburger...Everything was hot and server in a resealable amount of time.You would just think put a hamburger in front of the customer and make em say......Wow!.Not the case.Waitress and manager very nice that's a change. Better luck next time

Had placed order for curbside by 1:32. Went in at 1:48 order still not ready. Two girls were handling desk and no-one was at the To Go desk, they was oblivious to my waiting. So I went to them to let them know I was there for curbside. I had to ask her if she would check on order. She came back and said they were still working on it. I went to car and went back in at 1:55, still not ready. Received order almost 2p....I didn't even mind waiting, but young lady made me seem like I was inconveincing her. The food was well worth the wait. Just need improvement on customer service.Parking: Was a busy day, therefore I understand the wait. Just customer service need improvement. Even the young lady who brought the meal was nice.

Food and Service was good. The streak that was ordered was over cooked both times it was brought out. I asked for medium it was well done when it came out. The drinks were a little watered down and potato was cooked to long.
