Don’t order through the new delivery service. I ordered and they brought me half my food and half of someone else’s (in the same bag). Both my entrees were missing. I called to complain and they said it wasn’t their fault it was the drivers fault which makes no sense bc the bag was sealed which means they packed the bag wrong. After talking to a manager he offered a refund then never processed the refund so I’m out money for entrees I never received.

We've tried ordering pickup at this location several times and it's always a rough experience. There are no issues dining IN but it seems like they will throw anything at you when picking up. Our last order was missing a salad for one entrée and the others were very lacking in quality.

I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin, medium rare and it comes with Alfredo. My steak was so overcooked it looked like a boiled piece of leather and tasted the same. The alfredo was somehow dried out, which I haven't experienced before. The kids wouldn't eat their pizzas because they said it tasted terrible - these are elementary kids who love pizza. Even the eggplant parmesan, which is a repeat favorite order of our eldest daughter didn't get eaten because she said it tasted chewy and weird.

Lesson - dine in and avoid pickup!

My husband and I have celebrated our anniversary at Olive Garden across the country since we got married 12 years ago! We were pleased to add Lynchburg this year. We had an amazing experience here. Our server, Phil was very friendly and funny. This was truly a wonderful day for us! Thank you Olive Garden for allowing us to continue our yearly tradition! Here is to many more years we can celebrate!

Horrible version of Italian food. For starters bread sticks. Just salt for seasoning too salty. You can’t go wrong with maybe the chicken parm. Spaghetti. And chicken Alfredo lol that’s about it anything else on the menu needs work. Noodles are a little too hard and thick. But yall make a good preparation salad. 🥗
