My waiter was condesending and rude. I think his name is Isaac. He asked me why i am eating alone and said he doubts i have a significant other. I have been married for many years but sometimes prefer eating alone so being told someone doubts I have a significant other is pretty offensive. I tried to tell the manager about him but she seemed totally distracted..... The Tour Of Italy was pretty good.....the Lynchburg Olive Garden seriously needs to retrain their people.....maybe get rid of a few

We pretty much always enjoy the dishes we order here, but i must say that I was quite impressed with the service Destin provided. She hands down was the best waitress we've had at this establishment and others. Sometimes it feels as if waiters and waitresses can be disingenuous or pretentious. She was not at all. Just great service and attention to details. Interestingly, I've never reviewed this restaurant hitherto, despite enjoying the food. But the great service from this solid employee motivated me to write this review. I hope she is compensated in a commensurate manner with the level of value she's providing

Obviously the food is the first consideration, but the ambiance and service play key roles as well in a dining experience. That is exactly what this outing was, a true dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing with flavors that made you eat until you hurt. The service was over the top. Andrew, a young LU student, was the perfect example by which servers should be judged. Thank you Olive Garden for an amazing date night with my wife.
Yet again, another great trip to Olive Garden. We were welcomed upon arrival at the front door and received a table in a very timely manner. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. Our food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious!

We gave it another try thanks to a gift card, but the visit confirms our last visit. The service is great and the servers take pride in their work. But there is just nothing exceptional about the flavors which do not compare to authentic Italian food and shares more affinity with premium prepared microwave meals in the freezer section. It is a chain restaurant and with that expectation if your not bothered spending the price it is nice not to cook and clean up ?
I ordered soup and salad..it was ok soup wasn't hot enough..yhe restaurant needs upgrades the women's bathroom smelled bad like a public bathroom .

The last few times I have eaten at olive garden the food has not been that good I always order the pasta with meat sauce and sausage always have I moved here to virgina from Florida in Florida it was great sauges was excellent the skin on the sauge was a crisp snap to it qnd saige had a excellent flavor of Italian spices here in the Lynchburg VA the sausage was like eating a rolled up peace of mush. Qnd so mush smaller in size and no taste at all I was so disappointed I couldn't eat it I will never go again I would rather eat at a gas station the food is better my wife order the taste of Italy she said the same thing the time before that she had the lasagne she didn't care for it either very disappointed in service also I order the soup.and salad I was brought the salad the meal came I told the waiter to take the soup of my bill because I didn't get it he told me I was going to get it now I said please don't it would have.came.before the beel and before the.salad not the.last thing to bring to rhe table SO.very.sad

We went for dinner early and that place was already full at 4:30, but we got a table in 5 minutes. Our waitress Abigail was patient and friendly, making sure we had enough bread and salad/soup. I ordered zuppa Toscana and Asiago Tortellini with chicken and they were delicious and my husband had salad and lasagna which were also very good.This has been one of the best Olive Gardens I have ever been to.No pictures, I was too busy cleaning my plate…
