Outback Steakhouse

We’ve visited here about three times and each time it is progressively worse. I have nothing nice to say about either visit. Today after 1.5 hours we never received our food and ended up leaving after paying for what we were served(bread and drinks). The waiter was super nice but altogether this restaurant can use some work.

Ordered our food, and just waited, and waited and waited for 1:30 for just two 8oz steaks!

Picked up a to go order. It was right on time, service was excellent, professional and friendly.
Food was delicious!
I will be back.

11/22/2025 me and family (Ladies) had our Friendsgiving. And what was suppose to be a great night turned into a horrible first time experience. First and foremost let me say thank you to our young waiter (African American with short dreadlocks) he took everything with a grain of salt and still made himself look presentable and professional. But the so called manager Shellie was disrespectful, talked over us, screwed our receipts up, did not listen, and deflected all our concerned, she says “if you be quiet and listen you” which no one was talking. She was the worst. She blamed our server which was 40 years younger than her. Just out of line badly.🐍 she however did give us gift cards for the uncooked and horrible food. So with this experience I will not be returning!!!!!

Curbside pickup is always on point and the food is always fresh. I like that they put the salads on the bottom so they don’t lay on top of the hot items and get wilted. 10/10

Food sucked.

We got a pickup order. The text messages were right on time. I checked in when I pulled up and the food was brought out within a minute or so. Happy worker! The order was correct and the food was good and still hot!

It was actually a little bit below average. The service was fine. We ordered a bloomin onion. It tasted good but it was overcooked a bit and greasy. 2 sirloin steak dinners were ordered. One with grilled shrimp and the other with Coconut shrimp. Both steaks were a little bit overcooked. Both had too much seasoning too. My steak was tough. It had gristle which made some bites impossible to chew. The Coconut shrimp was good. My grilled shrimp had too much seasoning. My baked potato was good but, again too much seasoning on it . Our salads were good. In short don’t overcook and over season food. It would have been a 4 or 5 rating. It was very pleasant to sit in that restaurant. The foods just needs to improve.
