Ordered my food and then waited to pay for over 30 minutes. Just getting food at 6pm on a Friday took over an hour from when I parked.

Anna was on her lunch break, my Twin was dashing and order when she says she saw a customer interrupt Anna's meal to ask for something to whipe down their table and not only did she find the supplies for them immediately, she went over and washed the table. 5 stars Anna! Above and beyond. I hope you are valued!

Online order is iffy, if you order without setting specific time it says 10-15 mins and then it’s done in 3 mins instead… so unless you set a time i don’t recommend that method.
The pickup order location is not ideal, and feels awkward.

I love Panda Express, but the service at this particular store was not good at all. Zero customer service or care from the employees, except for one. There was a tall-ish man with glasses who seemed to be the only one working to actually get people their food. The other women up front rolled their eyes at customers and told them their food was “still being made” after they’d had a long wait already. Meshyre (might have spelling wrong) even almost yelled at a man who politely asked her to repeat what she said. Was very disappointed.

One of my favorite places here in town. The Honey Sesame Chicken is bangin', and a must have everytime I go. I also like the Beef broccoli but sometimes it doesn't taste as fresh as one would expect. The chow mein is somewhat dry but the fried rice is usually perfect. Their orange chicken is their staple item and rightfully so. Their spring rolls are delicious as well. I usually order on the app, and pick up is always super fast and easy. Their staff are usually friendly and helpful. On one occasion they made two dinner plates and left out one of the entrees on both plates, which while extremely disappointing, because I had driven 30 minutes to and 30 minutes back home, and going back was not feasible, I notified their customer service on their website and they not only made it right by giving us 2 dinner plates for free credits, they also included a free a'la carte entree credit! Highly recommended.
