Horrifically slow drive thru. Despite parking spaces for drive through customers, not one car is directed there even when their order is taking longer than the 6 cars behind it. Unacceptable and run by a staff that is completely unaware of reality.

This is by far the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I have visited multiple times over the past year and every time (regardless of ordering via in person, mobile, or at a kiosk) it takes over 45 mins for me to get a single sandwich. They always have plenty of staff and are not busy. I have no idea how it is possible to have such slow service, I could go to a steakhouse and receive my food much faster. I ordered a mobile drive thru order and came through 10 mins after I ordered, no one was in line inside or out and I was told it would be 45 mins until my sandwich and soup would be ready and to come back later……

I never come to Panera, but my GF was sick and we decided to go through the drive thru for soup and head home. We waited almost 20 minutes and our order was incorrect. I had to go inside and she refunded the wrong food but then charged for the correct food. She made the right food for me quickly, but a refund for inconvenience would have been nice.

Judith Pruett was very rude my order was made incorrectly. The bagel I had was made incorrectly and I ask for the whole order to be remade. She refused to remake to order and walked away when asking for a refund she told me she would not give me a refund food was not touch or eaten and she would not refund me the money for the food that was incorrectly.

Broccoli cheese soup was delicious, chicken salad sandwich was good, but I ordered chosen 2 so I received 1/2 a sandwich and my sandwich had what amounted two a small spoon of chicken salad that only coved half of my sandwich. It had a lot of lettuce on it though. It wouldn’t let me post the picture I took of it, but it was very disappointing especially for the price.
