the wait time to get our food was longer than a proper sit down restaurant. when we finally received it, my soup was room temperature and the bread was hard and almost stale-like. my friend asked for butter with her bagel and its always solid cold butter, cant even spread it.

The food is good - a bit pricey, but it's about what you'd expect - but the service is always below average...
The staff are unable to answer questions and get orders wrong frequently.
We've been turned away and told they are unable to do anything about our mistakenly placed order over the kiosk. They struggle to figure out how to make a 20oz latte. Staff is probably poorly trained to meet customer needs; this should be addressed by the team immediately. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at all Panera locations. So different from when I worked there in 2017.
Parking: Parking spots are very narrow. Hard to park sometimes. Very compact.

They can not handle the volume that their store brings in. I ordered at 11,to pick up at 1220, and at 1250 they aren't even close to starting my order. Staff is great but don't expect to get your food remotely on time

Firstly, I waited one hour to receive HALF of a sandwich. Secondly, the workers here are very rude. There are few that have great customer service, but one stuck out the most when she rolled her eyes at me, shooed me away, and muttered offensive curse words. This is the worst Panera I’ve been to, don’t waste your time here.

This place has become unwelcoming just machines no in front to help with ordering on machines, then to top it off potatoes soup was cold grilled cheese soggy what in the world is going on with guys, get it together I will jot be spending 80 for 3 of us to be miserable

I have had better experiences at this Panera, but this one was so bad… my soup was suppose to be a bread bowl, but was in a bowl, band was half full, not hot, just warm, as was the soup for my granddaughter, also half full. We waited soooo long that saying anything would have been counter productive. My sandwich was great. But again the wait, when NOY busy, was way too long

The new chili is horrible. Might as well buy a can of hotdog chili because that is the consistency. Never have I had chili passed off as a main entree that resembles a condiment. The turkey chili was great but of course they discontinued that.
