I never come to Panera, but my GF was sick and we decided to go through the drive thru for soup and head home. We waited almost 20 minutes and our order was incorrect. I had to go inside and she refunded the wrong food but then charged for the correct food. She made the right food for me quickly, but a refund for inconvenience would have been nice.

Judith Pruett was very rude my order was made incorrectly. The bagel I had was made incorrectly and I ask for the whole order to be remade. She refused to remake to order and walked away when asking for a refund she told me she would not give me a refund food was not touch or eaten and she would not refund me the money for the food that was incorrectly.

Broccoli cheese soup was delicious, chicken salad sandwich was good, but I ordered chosen 2 so I received 1/2 a sandwich and my sandwich had what amounted two a small spoon of chicken salad that only coved half of my sandwich. It had a lot of lettuce on it though. It wouldn’t let me post the picture I took of it, but it was very disappointing especially for the price.

The slowest food place I’ve even been to and trust me I’ve been around.
the wait time to get our food was longer than a proper sit down restaurant. when we finally received it, my soup was room temperature and the bread was hard and almost stale-like. my friend asked for butter with her bagel and its always solid cold butter, cant even spread it.

The food is good - a bit pricey, but it's about what you'd expect - but the service is always below average...
The staff are unable to answer questions and get orders wrong frequently.
We've been turned away and told they are unable to do anything about our mistakenly placed order over the kiosk. They struggle to figure out how to make a 20oz latte. Staff is probably poorly trained to meet customer needs; this should be addressed by the team immediately. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at all Panera locations. So different from when I worked there in 2017.
Parking: Parking spots are very narrow. Hard to park sometimes. Very compact.

They can not handle the volume that their store brings in. I ordered at 11,to pick up at 1220, and at 1250 they aren't even close to starting my order. Staff is great but don't expect to get your food remotely on time
