I have been a Panera lover for almost 10 years but my experience there on Tuesday was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. We got there and the entire place was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a week. We ordered sandwiches and one of them was supposed to be hot but came out ice cold. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was horrible. It tasted like old hot water. I asked to have it remade and the workers all seemed annoyed by me. Sadly, I received another cup of old boiling hot water, but in a smaller size this time. I drank some of it and it immediately upset my stomach. I have loved Panera in the past, but this visit made me want to stay away for a while.

Appalled isn't even bad enough to describe my last experience. Even the manager was rude to my group. The staff all looked lifeless and acted like this was their first day - clueless as to how to do their jobs. The dining area had greasy tables, the bathroom was a disaster, and it wasn't even busy.I called corporate and the woman who answered said she couldn't help me and hung up on me!Add this place to the list of 'hopefully they learn how to do business or go bankrupt'. You won't find me there again.

The food was average for Panera but the test itself was dirty. We used the kiosk to order and the sign points you to an empty register with piles of paper work. Finally someone told us to just go stand and wait where the food comes up. We were there at 1130 and the trashcan outside was overflowing and food and flies all over it due to food being spilled all the way down the front of the receptacle. Very disappointed.

This was my first time at this Panera bread location, I was a little disappointed, but it could just be a bad day for them since I've never been before. I ordered from my phone. The food came on time but they forgot silverware, and only left one napkin in the bag. When I went inside to get myself silverware, nobody came to the counter when I came up, they looked at me and ignored me. It isn't a huge deal, I wasn't in a rush, but having to go back inside kind of defeats the purpose of a curbside order. Unfortunately the bread was both stale and a very small portion. I ordered the ten vegetable soup which was very tasty and very hot I did enjoy that portion of the meal a lot. (I would highly recommend this item!) I also ordered the green goddess cobb salad. I was super excited about the salad and my expectations did not let me down. From the hard boiled egg to the avacado to the spring greens, it was easily one of the best salads I've had in a long while. I don't really like pickled onions, but that's just my own opinion. Overall, I wasn't impressed by the service, but the food was a redeeming factor. Next time I come I'll be eager to see if this just happened to be a bad day for service.
Something to be said about fresh hand crafted bake goods … thank you Panera. You can be counted on for our morning get together breakfast goodies.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is for two reasons. The first is that the guy at the register told me when I was ordering my bagel said they do not carry the strawberry cream cheese spread anymore. The second is that they also stopped carrying the low fat cream cheese spread. Those two were my favorite options, especially on a blueberry bagel. Please bring those back or I will be forced to go to the grocery store and bring my own.. Lol. As you were.
