I have passed by this restaurant located in the mall, and the wonderful smell has beckoned to me. I finally decided to give it a try. The decor is minimal, but tasteful. The menu is rather limited, but there is still a decent selection. I chose the enchilada platter. The cheese enchilada tasted just like every other Mexican restaurant here in Virginia, they must all use the same supplier. The green chile chicken enchilada was very tasty. The chips were accompanied by 4 different types of salsa, hot red, mild red, Verde, and the typical white goop. I believe they charged $5 for the chips and salsa. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charged for chips and salsa, even if there were multiple flavors. They had an absolutely awesome little robot that they loaded plates on, and it delivered them to the tables. This alone was worth the visit, so cool 😎
The price was a little high, but food prices have skyrocketed lately. Our waiter was efficient, the food was good, and the atmosphere was nice. I recommend this restaurant.

I’ve had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant on 3 different occasions. Absolutely hands down one of the best authentic Latin American cuisines. From the service of the staff to the last bite of the amazing food. Carne Asada is the entree and street corn as an appetizer was worth every penny. Get your family up one of these days and get out to Papa gallo!

The food was very good quality but not really traditional. The quesadilla was stuffed like a burrito and drenched like an enchilada. The flavors were delicious. My son very much enjoyed it. The chicken dish that I got was delicious. Grilled chicken with veggies and a sweet and savory tomato sauce. This was delicious and made for great leftovers as well.

The portion sizes were very large. The service was attentive even considering they were packed on a Saturday evening.

I would definitely say this is one of the better Mexican style restaurants in the Lynchburg area and I think it's because of the quality of the ingredients that were used in the dishes.

Strongly recommend for a date night or a family special event.

The food was amazing. I got the birria burrito and my wife got the birria quesadilla. The staff was friendly, and our 3 year old daughter even made a friend with the daughter of our hostess. It was a great experience and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Eaten here once before, but it is one of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at in Lynchburg! I was walking by one evening while in the mall and saw a birthday celebration that was going on. Definitely the place to take someone who is easily embarrassed during restaurant birthday events! Food was good, service was good, very brief wait to be seated! Plan to visit again in the future!
