If I could give them zero stars I would without a second thought my pizza was cold called them about it the lady I spoke to had the nerve to tell me I could just put the pizza in the microwave or oven to heat it up if I wanted to put a pizza in a oven I would gotten a frozen pizza for all that

Never eat at the actual restaurant! But it's the BEST take out pizza. Food is always delicious and fresh even after driving it home. Would go the extra drive just to get pizza from here instead of the local pizza places.

Tried to pick up a door Dash from this location and they were so short handed and backed up I had to leave it and move on after 20min.

This manages to be consistently the worst papa John's. A while back it took them three tries to make a pizza while I stood there waiting cause they lost the first two while I was in the restaurant. May have been due to the guy manning the oven appearing to be high a.f. Tonight it happened again. Place is popular for doordash orders and they're too understaffed. Will not give them another chance.

I ordered a 10.99 large 1 item delivery pizza. On the telephone I was told that the delivery driver would give me change when I said I only had a twenty dollar bill. The driver refused to give me any change and acted rude. I will not order from them again.

Wish I could leave a zero star review. Placed an order at the Old Forest location while I had family in town. The order was canceled because they "ran out" of medium size dough. I found out an hour and a half after I placed the order because the phone number they called from was out of Roanoke, not Lynchburg, so I declined it. After our order hadn't shown up I called the store and was told the absurd reason for the cancelation.
