I received an order as a gift it was 2 liters and a pizza and brownies and the order had ants in it and the two liters broke thru the bag and one busted I called twice and higher management hung up on me twice and was rude to me before when I was trying to talk to her! This was not acceptable! So far nothing was done but treated unfair!

Was very disappointed with my last order got a thin crust and 1 regular cheese only. Could not tell the difference between the thin and regular. It was so dry tasted terrible. Done with pappa johns

Honestly I will NEVER order anything they have to offer... the WORST experience of my life!! Got my order wrong... I had to call several times to get the right order delivered... 2 hrs later I got my correct order!!! Rude!! and disrespectful over the whole situation like it was my fault. To top it off... they didn't make sure I was set up for a free pizza... so when I called to get a free pizza as promised... they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.

Received someone else's order. Called and they said they would remake and resend. Got the order and it was stone cold. Pretty sure they found the first order and gave it to me. Pizza was missing certain toppings I added on. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

This restaurant is horrible. Staff and management are rude and will argue over anything/everything. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to place an order, Area Supervisor finally picked up the phone and I told him that I had been waiting and he blamed the call center for it. STAY
$13.40 for a 6 inch pizza, idc what they advertise. This is dogwater.

Picked up my pizza thinking I'll try something other than my usual places. Got the pizza right out of the oven. The pizza was heated unevenly and the dough was thinner than a quarter and there was a hair in it. That's not a joke it literally had holes in it because it was so thin.

Last time I will order from Papa Johns on Timberlake Rd. The Pizza crust wasn't done or even cut. Toppings wasn't that good either. I ordered 8 Garlic Parmesan Wings only received 6. Sorry excuse for wings as well. I don't expect great wings from Papa Johns, but they could have got the order correct. Also for $40.00 + I expect better!
