They use creepy door dash drivers. I ordered 2 pizzas. He kept one of my pizzas and gave me one. But an hour later the same door dash driver returned with a cold pizza. The store gave me a refund for one of the pizzas

Ordered yesterday, order# 1237157213, and ordered the 5cheese garlic crust pizza custom with pep and green peppers on all, mushroom on half, on my way home. I chose pickup from here because it was on the way. Stopped and shopped for my Grandma while the tracker said it was cooking. Went into the store when the tracker said ready, but the cashier said it would be 2 or 3 more minutes. I went back to my car to explain to my Twin and waited the 3 minutes. Went back inside and the cashier said there was no order in my name and shrugged when I said he had just told me it was 3 minutes more, 3 minutes before. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, so I asked for his boss and he gave me a # and called on the next customer. I stormed out and went back to my car to get my phone and verify my order was for this store and not showing picked up. I went back inside the store to call the # given and was told it was meant for him only, not for customers, and to have him call for help. He avoided calling and tried to address the next customer but I cut in and apologised, that the call was expected right now. Even so, this guy stuck by saying the order wasn't there for Remy... so for the 5th time I spelled REMMY and someone handed me the pizza! Imagine my relief and how it turned to disappointment when I got home and the pizza had no 5 cheese garlic crust... I wasn't going to write a review but I wanted to try that pizza crust, that is why I ordered it! Please give me a free pizza just like the one I was supposed to get, without all the hassle, that would be great and worth a better review.

I received an order as a gift it was 2 liters and a pizza and brownies and the order had ants in it and the two liters broke thru the bag and one busted I called twice and higher management hung up on me twice and was rude to me before when I was trying to talk to her! This was not acceptable! So far nothing was done but treated unfair!

Was very disappointed with my last order got a thin crust and 1 regular cheese only. Could not tell the difference between the thin and regular. It was so dry tasted terrible. Done with pappa johns

Honestly I will NEVER order anything they have to offer... the WORST experience of my life!! Got my order wrong... I had to call several times to get the right order delivered... 2 hrs later I got my correct order!!! Rude!! and disrespectful over the whole situation like it was my fault. To top it off... they didn't make sure I was set up for a free pizza... so when I called to get a free pizza as promised... they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.

Received someone else's order. Called and they said they would remake and resend. Got the order and it was stone cold. Pretty sure they found the first order and gave it to me. Pizza was missing certain toppings I added on. I will not be ordering from here anymore.
