Having grown up in the Philippines as a military child, Filipino cuisine was woven into the fabric of my childhood—comforting, vibrant, and deeply familiar. After returning to the United States, I’ve found it difficult to find good Filipino restaurant. But this restaurant, tucked inside a tiny marketplace, is delightful. The lumpia is perfectly balanced—just the right amount of vegetables and meat, crisp without being greasy. The pancit and curry chicken are equally impressive: flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Each bite felt like a quiet homecoming. I’ll absolutely will be returning on future visits. It’s rare to find a place that honors tradition while delivering such delicious authenticity. ---

3rd time I’ve tried calling and no answer then when i get to restaurant it says the close at 2pm but they be closed hours before

My wife and were in Lynchburg visiting our daughter and came across this gem. The food was outstanding. The owner and lovely lady that assisted us were amazing. The food was authentic and flavorful. If you like Filipino food, this is the place!!! We will be going back, EVERY TIME we’re in Lynchburg. BTW, it was my birthday and this experience made it even more special!!

Can't beat this place honestly, great prices and great food. You can see all of the fresh ingredients and preparation happening in the back and it shows in the flavor. I recommend the yellow curry over pancit with a chicken kebab or lumpia. That's my favorite ?Seriously though if you work downtown and want to eat out, this is your spot. Don't waste your lunchbreak waiting on food service, Phillipine delight and more gets you your food hot and ready immediately, more time for relaxing and enjoying the meal.Also the people are great. If you come here and are disappointed then you're just impossible to please

First time in the Lynchburg Community Market and zig zagged each aisle and it ended with me right in front of this little shopfront which I walked directly into.Several choices for entrees you can see in the food heating case. I went with white rice and chicken adobo with three lumpia combo and added a Turon (fried plaintain fried in a lumpia wrapper with a sugar glaze). Price was great for every thing as I got a hearty serving of rice and adobo plus everything else for about $12.Everything was great BUT it was the first time I’d ever had ginger in adobo so that was interesting. I am not a fan of ginger but still found it good but I had to pick out the ginger. Turon could have been less fried as I felt it was overdone but still finished it so they still get a five.Everyone I interacted with was very kind and friendly, and they were bbq-ing the skewers outside which looked great and I should have gotten some. Maybe next time. Happy with my visit to this place and would try other items if I ever pass through again.

Best kept secret in Lynchburg! Delicious, friendly, great prices, and favorite spot in downtown! I highly recommend their food to anyone wanting to enjoy fresh good food!

I was inside the Lynchburg Community Market today, stopped for a quick lunch and was blown away by this place! Such great food, and nicer people. I had a sample of everything, thick noodles, chicken curry, beef and broccoli, and a chicken skewer, everything was amazing. Will definitely be a regular lunch spot from now on. Give them a try!

Best kebabs I have ever eaten……new owners took over recently and took awhile to get the kinks out but they have it together now. Very good noodles and big too expensive. A great downtown lunch!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON DOORDASH. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!! I placed my order today and had nothing but trouble trying to get my food. I went through 3 dashers before ultimately canceling. The 1st was told they never received my order from Doordash but they would start working on it now so the dasher passed my order off to another driver because they had to leave. The 2nd driver got there and was told they were out of egg rolls so they passed off the order as well. At this time I received a notification on the app telling me my kebabs were unavailable and were being replaced with egg rolls even though I was just told they were out of egg rolls. The last driver called me while there to say the restaurant was telling him I didn't pay enough so they weren't going to make my food since they didn't receive enough money. THEY SET THE PRICES!!! They also told my other drivers they were preparing my food. These are their agreed upon prices with Doordash but they are trying to scam people and change them after the orders are placed. They told my dasher I needed to give them more money so he told them to their faces they are scam artists and need to update their prices today if they are so-called wrong. I canceled my order and will NEVER again in my life give this ridiculous place my money. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!
