Found large black hair tangled into bean sprouts in my food I got for take away/to -go. I’ve been ordered from here every month for over a year. They know my name. When I called to report it the women acted confused and didn’t believe me. She asked for photos before issuing a refund. So here’s the photos.
You lost a lifelong customer not only because of your disgusting food and safety practices, it’s because of your awful customer service service. No apology was issued. Reported to the county for investigation.

Girl's night -- this was a great recommendation. Two of us chose the Pho and one had the vermicelli chicken.
The food was delicious and we each took home left overs.
If you haven't tried Pho before -- it's all about the broth. The seasonings are unique, piled into the soup with rice noodles and your choice of meat, they give you veggies options on the table so you can customize your soup as you eat. Maybe a little basil or add some spice with fresh jalapenos and a squeeze of Sriracha. Yum.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this authentic Vietnamese restaurant here in Lynchburg.

The veggie pho is great! Everything was fresh and delicious. I would recommend getting the soft tofu instead of fried :))

Love the food here, but it's always only one woman running the entire front of the restaurant and she is overworked. Food gets delayed often.

I've been here for the pho about 5 times. Every time, the pho has been great. The service has been hit and miss, sometimes fast and friendly, sometimes slow and unfriendly. The great pho trumps the occasional sub-par service, but the problem is the condition of that bathrooms. Both the men's and women's bathrooms were terrible. The smell was horrendous, likely from leaky plumbing, and there was no hand soap which made me wonder whether the staff was washing their hands. I have to wonder if proper sanitation and food safety practices are being followed based on the upkeep of the bathrooms. I'm not sure if I'll go back as I feel I may be risking my health for this pho.

One of our favorite restaurants in Lynchburg, the food is real and fresh. We have been going for several years and it never disappoints. Love love their summer rolls! I have never had a bad meal, thanks for choosing Lynchburg!

We love this place. Great service, yummy food.
My husband is Cambodian and thinks this pho is reminiscent of his mother’s. Best pho and dishes in town!

Given my travels I must say that I have a lot to compare it to. This vegan pho is right up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. First of all it’s a giant portion. It’s cleaned vegetable broth and it’s loaded with vegetables. On top of all that there was more noodles than I could actually eat. Other thing I had was the pancakes which I probably wouldn’t order again but I’m trying to cut down on fried food. Not a fancy place but you definitely get what you came for! Nice lady working the floor as well

I try to eat at a pho restaurant when ever I travel because I can't get it at home. This was by far the best pho I've had and there's been a lot. The chili oil was also spot on. My wife got the chicken fried rice and all the ingredients looked fresh and also had some kind of sausage in it that was really tasty. This will be a place a eat at every time I get to come to town.

I’ll give 1 star for the food since they attempted. I order the special Pho. First of all, I’m not sure if the reviews for Pho were bought, because this was the worst pho I have ever had. Sure, they may have the right toppings, but the broth was anything but pho. My broth was a bit sour, even after adding all the hoisin/hot sauce, and I normally don’t use hoisin if the broth is already good. The spring rolls were not even authentic, where are the pork and roman lettuce? They packed the raw beef, now I actually like the raw beef so I can cook it at home by just pouring the hot broth over it, but it may be a food safety for others. Again, I think the good Pho reviews are mostly fake, I’m Vietnamese and the Pho was not at all authentic. The lady at the counter doesn’t even speak Vietnamese. Their other non-vietnamese dishes may be good, but I don’t really have faith in their attempts at other Vietnamese food.

The Pho and crispy noodles were very good. I really love them.
The summer rolls were disappointing. They were overfilled with lettuce and did not have pork which was supposed to be included.
The spring rolls were excellent! This is a great option for Vietnamese food, but some improvements could be made.
Also, someone in the family ordered General Tso’s chicken. The sauce was great, but the chicken was over-breaded and chewy.
