If I could give less than one star I would. I wish people had more kindness and patience. I had typed out a long explanation, but realized she wouldn’t care. The lady up front was just beyond rude and should know basic customer service.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and received a dry pizza with NO sauce! Even the receipt clearly states EXTRA sauce! The boneless wings were PITIFUL, the size of crumbs! I will NEVER return to the Memorial Avenue Pizza Hut!!!!! Worst pizza hut experience ever!!

man, has pizza hut chang3d for the worst. Stood in line to pay for buffet, manager walked away without saying anything. Bread sticks tasted like dust sticks. One flavorless pasta, thins were all specialty, one cheese pan. When I got back in line to pay, she didn't give me a total, just pointed to the machine. Total was not visible ANYWHERE.VERY RUDE MANAGERNo real plates, cups, flatware, very limited salad bar and buffet.NOT WORTH IT AT ALL
I've been coming to this pizza hut for a long time , there's a lady named Rachel who always goes above and beyond for the customers , even when she's short handed and has to go make the food herself she's always pleasant and takes good care of the customers. Pizza is the best too !Kid-friendliness: Kids love going to pizza hut
