Service is always friendly, food is always good, this is by far my favorite Pizza Hut! Good location too with plenty of parking. Management is always very good about allergies too. Never had a reaction to their food and they are very kind and understanding when I ask for accommodations!

So I went in and placed my order and the gentleman that took my order was amazing, he informed me that I could swap my marinara sauce out for garlic butter and I told him thank you so much because I did not eat the marinara and I even purchased an extra garlic butter. Then I went to pick my food back up when it was ready and I checked and I said I asked for garlic butter I was told I could swap it out and the gentleman standing there which was different from the one taking my order all he told me was you have to pay for garlic butter you can't swap it out... Customer service goes a long ways and they need some customer service at that location!!!! I guess I'll start eating Papa John's now!!!
My pizza was very dry. A little disappointed in that. I got the triple three deal. Great deal but dry pizza

The last couple of times I've ordered from Waterlick Pizza Hut the pizza hasn't been all that good. I order a hand tossed get it the crust is like thin and crispy. In order to get it like hand tossed you have to order a pan and pay a $1.00 more little to no sauce hardly any cheese. Next everytime I call the last few times it goes to voicemail or they answer never say hi or Pizza Hut the lay the phone on the counter and say nothing. I've seen it done everytime I've picked up my Pizza. Very rude way to answer a phone. Get more staff.

Driver left pizza on ground which allowed ants to try and have a feast of their own. What's insane is that there was a table and chairs next to my door that the pizza could have been left on. Common sense would indicate to put Pizzas in table or chair, instead of o. The ground that clearly had ants..

These two pizzas were the best I have received from Pizza Hut! This is the Waterlick Rd one. They were supremes, one with stuffed crust, the other thin and crispy. They were delicious! I received them piping hot! The gentleman that checked me out was very friendly and pleasant to work with! I will definitely stick with this location for my future purchases!
