They lie about running out of chicken at a certain point in the night when they don’t want to make it anymore.I was there last night about 10:30pm (that night they close at 11pm) asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and I was told “all chicken sandwiches are out except blackened”. I order 2 of those. I get to the window and ask “when will more of the other chicken sandwiches be in stock”. She tells me “we just cleaned the kitchen and will make them tomorrow”.?When they told me this a year or two ago I believed them because they just opened but….not now.Unfortunately it seems like the employees do not enjoy their job and are going to run Popeyes into the ground and then Lynchburg won’t have a Popeyes…..Thanks Popeyes Staff. Then you won’t have a job and I won’t have a good chicken sandwich.Today I’m off from work. We’ll be in touch.

The food is anything you'd typically expect from a fast-food chain. The chicken is pretty decent and the service is comfortably quick. I was disappointed however that the 'Cajun Fries' didn't have the expected amount of cajun seasoning and aroma that I'm used to from other restaurants; I wish their fries lived up to their name, though they are good for general french fries. Although it won't be a first resort for takeout ideas for me and my friends, it will be a recommendation to go and try at least. Keep in mind, I did not go when it was busy, so I don't have too much to judge their speed of service in high customer traffic times.

Wings are so yummy. Many choices. Sides of many selections as well. The only down side is the orders are not ready on time. Placed online. Pickup inside and they are not busy on the days I order. Yet I have to wait 29 minutes for 18 wings that were ordered at 4pm online for 430 Pickup, and didn't get them until 459pm. Yet food was good and staff was were kind. I'm not about being rude. Tasted good too.

I was told I would only have to wait 15 minutes for chicken. I ended waiting 45 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager, no one would let me. So then I got out of my car and went in. The manager was not really caring about anything and just said they were busy. Awful customer service.
