The service is so low because there’s only one man in there working, taking orders, fixing food. No manager stepped in or anything to help run this restaurant. His name is Reginald and I believe he did say he’s a manager so my question to higher ups and corporate WHERE WAS HIS HELP???

AWFUL experience. The guac was dark/browniesh, the lime rice tasted like WATER, no flavor whatsoever. The containers with food were almost empty, and the food looked old!

I decided to give Qudoba a try today and was highly disappointed. The chicken freaked me out so I was picking around it. After a few bites I bit into something hard. It was very small so I couldn’t tell what it was and I moved on. Then bam it happened again this time it was big enough for me to find and I took it out of my mouth and I am 100% sure it was a small rock. Concerned about how in the world a rock got into my food I immediately stopped eating it. This could have broken a tooth! Highly disappointed and will not be returning. I reached out to customer service as I want my money back!

Usually love Qdoba but this location needs help. They were out of the grill peppers and onions at 11:30. Server had her air pods in and was not friendly when asked about the missing items.

Never order delivery from this Qdoba. They will always miss something. The first time I did, I ordered the steak and shrimp bowl and was given a total of zero shrimp.

Tonight, my husband and I ordered ground beef bowls with a bunch of toppings and received only rice, beans, beef, cheese, and queso. No Pico, lettuce, guacamole, etc. Super disappointing. Mine somehow had sour cream on it, which is wild they got that after skipping over everything else.

This was my first time at Qdoba and it will definitely be my last. The young man at the counter greeted me with “what do you want?” and then didn’t say another word while I tried to tell him what I wanted in my bowl. Not exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.

The rest of the staff couldn’t be bothered either. They were standing around gossiping behind the counter. The only person who seemed to be doing anything was hanging around by the drink machine, but they clearly had no idea how to actually help.

Speaking of the drink machine, every single option was out of flavor. No one bothered to mention this before I bought a fountain drink, so I basically paid for a cup of carbonated water. That’s just lazy and dishonest.

Overall, the whole experience made me feel unwelcome and like I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer. Between the rude greeting, the unprofessional staff, and the complete lack of effort, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’ll stick to places that make better food in the same style, like the chipotle less than a mile away from it.

First time going here was disappointing. Only one person who was actually working. The gentleman who made my food clearly had an attitude and was fed up to look around and see the manager and other employees just goofing off. They hadn’t refilled the sour cream at all because again just one person working. When I was done a group of 5 college students came in and all the works saw including the manager and walked away quickly to leave the same guy making my food by himself again. Poor leadership
