Rookies is amazing! Delicious food, unique ice cream flavors, and great music/atmosphere. The staff are very kind and gracious— I am part of a team who regularly brings a group of 15-20 teenagers during spring/summer and they do a great job serving everyone.

Walked up to the order window outside and the girl looked up from her phone to annoyed and made an angry come inside motion. When I went inside her personality had a lot in common with the paper container I received my ice cream in.Good news is the less she spoke to me the faster she could back to scrolling on her phone. Ice cream is good but customer service is what I'd expect at McDonald's but with less enthusiasm.Terrible service. The phones got more attention.

10/10 ALL AROUND!! We came in looking for something new and leaving with a family favorite! I could not have been more impressed with the atmosphere and the service, I didn’t catch her name; but the blonde working upfront was phenomenal with our son, talked to him, and made him very comfortable!! We will definitely be coming back for some more delicious espresso chip !!

High quality ice cream. I can't find my favorite, black raspberry, anywhere except here. And their ice cream cookies are a specialty.
Their ice cream sandwiches are pristine. Their root beer floats are their star. I love it. So good every time. If I can get it I would every time. Their ice cream in general is also very fire. But if you can get their root beer float get it. Service was also amazing everyone's super friendly
