First time here and I bought a couple of different desserts for Christmas. I tried the mini raspberry cheesecake bites today and they were so delicious. Great customer service as well.Vegetarian options: Items without meat served.Parking: Mall Parking Lot.Kid-friendliness: Location inside mall and the mall has a kid friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors wide enough and located inside the mall.

I like their Cookie Whoopies, but I’ve given up on them. The quality is too variable. Sometimes they are fresh but more often than not they are stale. Just bought two this afternoon and they were both clearly several days old. Waste of money. If you’re looking for fresh, quality goods then go elsewhere.

Had a gift certificate for a trio sampler. We had the vanilla, strawberry shortcake, and turtle cheesecakes. The turtle and strawberry shortcake were bland and boring and likely won't be finished among 7 people. The vanilla was just passable, certainly not gourmet.

I am here opening up the new Ulta and stopped into Simply Vanilla the second I stumbled upon it. The young lady behind the counter was so patient and helpful with all my questions. I went back the next day after work to buy a banana split cheesecake. It was DELICIOUS! Went back 2 days later for a fresh lemon cheesecake. AMAZING!!! I bragged so much to all my friends and family back home, I’m taking orders home to all of them. And of course, taking one home for myself as well! I also had a chicken salad croissant for lunch and it was fabulous! Absolutely love everything about this place! ❤️Please, please, please come to the Richmond area!!! I’ll be your partner/manager/sales associate/customer!!! ?

Absolute best cheesecake ive ever had in my entire life.Banana split cheesecake tasted like a real banana split, had all the things a banana split usually has,cutely packaged and staff were super sweet and patient when some of my family took a minute to find what they wanted

I have heard the cheesecake is amazing and I am still planning to try it one day but the cannolis I bought were not good unfortunately. The filling was ok but they had an enormous amount of heavy, thick chocolate (and I'm a chocolate lover) and the shell was soft/soggy with no crunch at all. Definitely not like any cannoli I have had before. I'm hoping the cheesecake is much better.
Ordered the cheesecake minis sampler .Delicious,and the establishment was clean.

So sorry they have changed their chicken salad recipe! It used to be absolutely the best you could get anywhere--delicious flavor, full of chicken that was well chopped and seasoned, minimal mayo but easy to spread. Today when I got it, it consisted of big tasteless chunks of chicken, quite disappointing. I hope the Simply Vanilla in Forest has not changed their recipe.
