I should be able to get a refund? I’d appreciate any info from your establishment in getting this taken care of, please. 1 star because I had to get someone’s attention, but 5 stars because when you were open, it was yummy and serving staff were super friendly!!

We stopped here on our way through Lynchburg and are happy we did! We got the sliced brisket and pulled pork, and enjoyed them both. They both had a nice flavor and the cornbread was wicked yummy. Their mule was very tasty as well. If we pass through this area again, we’d definitely stop here.

Fantastic local BBQ place! With very friendly service, a wide selection of drinks and of course excellent BBQ, this place is a must. Since the meat has been smoked all day we were served quickly and every single thing was delicious. I had the smoked burger and it was scrumptious. Highly recommend, and if your not convinced yet just see my pictures below. Must try!

Superb food & service. Had the ribs, started with 1/2 rack, so good got another 1/2 rack, pulled pork sandwich, pickles, Cole slaw & cornbread. All excellent! Service was great too, kept filling iced teas without having to ask. Worth a drive from anywhere.Also has a great outside porch with heaters!

Small Batch has been a staple in our weekend routine since they opened, but tonight will be our last visit. Having customer service backgrounds ourselves, we always try to be understanding and forgiving when things happen because *it* happens.
We had the best service last night! The restaurant was PACKED, and while there were only two servers, they were incredible! Shoutout to them for being the hostess, bussers, AND servers! If you’re going out to eat and the service is slow, please keep in mind that they are doing the best they can with the amount of staff! Our servers went above and beyond to still ensure everyone had a great time at Small Batch! Cheers to you all!

Googled best BBQ in Lynchburg. This place showed #1 every time. Asked some guys at work if they had been here and they said you have to try it. Been to other spots in town and they were good but not this good. Brisket here is some of the best I’ve ever eaten, baked beans were fantastic and the new menu item “POCHACHOS” nachos on top of house made chips were amazing!!! Definitely want to try more stuff next time and will be coming back for sure!!!

We recently moved here from North Carolina and I have my own smoker. This place is by far the best. Unbelievable potato chip nachos. The burger was out of this world. And you have to have the bread pudding. I am going to eat my way through the entire menu.

The place was clean and the servers were attentive. I ordered the brisket plate with a side of potato salad and beans. The potatoe salad was awful: unusually creamy, like it was whipped, Yuck. The beans were tangy. The brisket could have been more tender and juicy. The portion was too small for the price.
