I tried several times placing my delivery order through the Smoothie King Website and app but it kept failing. I called the local Smoothie King in Lynchburg and Natyah was so patient, helpful, and kind. She spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to help place my order. She was able to accommodate me and get my order placed. Her customer service, willingness to help and patience was amazing and made my day!

It took a minute for me to get my smoothie due it being busy. I found my smoothie refreshing and delightful. The price was kind of expensive, but I recommend getting the app so you can save money.

This is the third time in two weeks that I’ve gone and ordered a 32oz Gladiator smoothie and it has been about 6 ounces short. The first time I said something and they kindly replaced it. The second time I was in a rush so I let it be. Now that it’s been 3 times, I will have to take my service elsewhere. I’m tired of paying $11 for a smoothie filled 2/3 to the top. This is not good business.

We had to give our order 3 times and then when we got to the window, we waited for over 20 minutes for our 3 smoothie (2 of which were the same kids smoothie). People were kind but very slow.

My son and I just went through the drive through, and I had the absolute WORST service by a young lady named Kayla. She was very rude, and had a terrible attitude. Normally when me and my family go we have a great experience, but today it just wasn't it. And she got our order wrong after reading it back to me. I just left it alone, because I just didn't want to deal with her any longer.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleanliness was off the charts. Pleasant experience.

Incredible service!! The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, and they make the BEST smoothies I’ve had in my life. They truly make me want to come back again.

Anthony suggested the banana berry tree with almond butter. It was delicious and satisfying. The crew was very friendly and welcoming. I think her name was Samara that took my order. They seemed to be training someone new but made sure I was taken care of. Definitely coming back.
