It doesn’t matter what time of day I come in to this Starbucks, the staff is always so wonderful and kind. I love starting my mornings by stopping by the Boonesboro Starbucks because I know that I’m going to be greeted with a smile

This place changed my life. Before coming to America my family only could afford one water a day. But when I found out the coffee at Starbucks was so cheap and luxuriously yummy, I realized I could be happy forever. I’ve never been to a better coffe shop. No other coffee can compare when it comes to customer service. My friend needed a job and the cashier literally got him one there. I will forever be grateful for the time they saved my drink from death by floor by diving to save it from destruction. But alas, I have moved on to another coffee shop because I had to move. But I will always remember this specific Starbucks as a staple of excellence and joy in my life. it was so well kept I felt like I could just take off my shoes and lie down in the glimmer. Thank you Starbucks,for all you’ve done for me in this life and the next!!!!!! Absolutely amazing service and great coffee, comparable to none other in taste and quality.❤️❤️❤️❤️🫶🫶🫶🫶☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Super disappointed. This location is usually my go to, but after specifically asking for light ice, my drink was 3/4 ice. Super disappointing, not what I asked for, and a waste of money. Just under $6 for less than 10 sips.

I am a daily regular at this location and I have to say that Emma always makes my experience a good one! She’s always kind, welcoming, helpful and always gets our orders put in perfectly! She’s also catches mistakes before the drinks get to us. As a former restaurant owner, she’s truly manager material and I hope one day she gets her own franchise! She would be a phenomenal owner! I hope Starbucks takes time to recognize her. She’s been serving me for six years and she truly makes the location my favorite location!

Great service, 7/8 of the drinks I order are made right. Got a tea Latte that was made wrong,it was just the tea and I did not notice till I got home, that took it the review from a 5/5 to 3/5.

Every time I've been here in the past couple years, I cannot remember having a burnt coffee. The customer service is always SO nice and the place is clean all the time. This Starbucks is a bit smaller than other stores but the service is amazing!

It's hit or miss with rude or pleasant service, but if you are having maintenance / hvac work done within a few inches of the drive-thru window, please consider closing the window temporarily. Not worth causing safety issues for drivers or maintenance.

Went thru the drive thru and girl giggled at me like I was stupid. They whispered about me because I didn't tip on my card( was going to in cash but they made me so uncomfortable), my caramel macchiato tastes like burnt coffee and water. So I went in and asked for a remake. I was rudely handed the same cup without the sleeve, they had just added milk to it. 7 something for that experience first thing In the morning. Pass.
