Super disappointed. This location is usually my go to, but after specifically asking for light ice, my drink was 3/4 ice. Super disappointing, not what I asked for, and a waste of money. Just under $6 for less than 10 sips.

I am a daily regular at this location and I have to say that Emma always makes my experience a good one! She’s always kind, welcoming, helpful and always gets our orders put in perfectly! She’s also catches mistakes before the drinks get to us. As a former restaurant owner, she’s truly manager material and I hope one day she gets her own franchise! She would be a phenomenal owner! Great service, 7/8 of the drinks I order are made right. Got a tea Latte that was made wrong,it was just the tea and I did not notice till I got home, that took it the review from a 5/5 to 3/5.
