Laura was the Barista working and although she was the only one working up front at the time l, she was AMAZING! She was working so so hard and was so kind and sweet to everyone. Laura you are so appreciated and I know you were a little stressed but you did such a wonderful job powering through the constant orders and work that had to be done. Thank you Laura!

My interaction with employee behind the counter was great. However, they have two nice leather chairs. Both were being used by an employee. One as a footstool. Besides being gross, it’s rude.

I don’t know if the girl that took my order was just having a bad day or didn’t want to be there but idk if she miss heard me or what but she got my drink wrong which I order a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe she put me in for a Caramel Frappe…. But not to forget she got the order wrong before me as well…. Long story short she made my drink didn’t wash her hands, no drizzle on the sides, extra foam on the bottom, and barely any chocolate taste… If you’re not gonna be there to do it for the Love and enjoyment you don’t need to be there… that’s a place people come to for warmth or maybe just to get there day started on the right track… Get with it or get gone.. And thanks for the half smile to let me know you made my drink Wrong….
