The store said it was open online and allowed me to place an online order for pickup, then took my 7 dollars for a coffee I never got. Nobody was in Starbucks and a Kroger worker said nobody is coming because of the snowy roads. Called the next day so they could give me a return and the manager Angie was very rude to me and would not accommodate me in any way and said to call corporate Starbucks. Laughable how rude this lady was. Should not be in management if you have no people skills. Mind you I was not rude to her and was understanding of the situation.

Zahra has a great attitude. She had conversations with every customer while maintaining what she needs to do. She needs a raise

Why is it businesses these days, when they remodel, they decide to go with a look that screams "We followed policy and guidelines" said in a monotone script reading voice? Grey and brown and more lights then are actually necessary.
The same kind of look McDonalds went for when they lost the plot.
The place needs some atmosphere, even some basic wall art of mountains or rivers or farms where the crops are grown, just something so it's not looking like the water fountain of coffee shops.
And you can tell this was designed with new standards and practices in mind cause now there's a giant open dead-end section to the right of the place with nothing in it that I have to assume is going to be used for storage.
I'm glad Atmosphere is one of the three areas of Google ratings because nothing kills atmosphere more then making a place look corporate and uniform.
Or heck, slap a few fake plants around the place, just have something!

Went in there around 1 the rudest customer service experience of my life. honestly needs better employees, no greeting that’s fine but unnecessary rude behavior that’s awful to be honest. I understand that food service is difficult. But still it’s no reason they should be this rude honestly went here twice both times

Never been disappointed with Starbucks hot coffee drinks. Minor missteps are quickly fixed.

I have never felt like more of an inconvenience to a barista- the rudest customer experience of my life. Throwing stuff behind the bar in anger made me very uncomfortable and honestly needs to be fired. You just never know what a person is going through… and I am paying $14 for drinks. I understand that food service is difficult. I am a manager at a coffee shop. if she were paying that much money for drinks I know she would want her drinks to be made and she would want to be treated well as a customer.

Came in on Sunday 9-17-23 before 12am, there was a dark haired woman working, she had the personality of a rock, didn't speak just stood staring at you. Order was wrong, plus no cold foam as requested but due to her demeanor I wouldn't go back. Normally the barista's are sweet, friendly and smile, I love this Starbucks but will not order when she is there.

Julia's and my Starbucks experience this morning was less than ideal. The line was long, so we decided to try to be efficient and place our order in the app, and then just give them the name at the speaker. The speaker girl told us that since we had only placed our order a couple of minutes ago, it might not be ready by the time we get to the window. I guess we learned our less on that. Instead of placing the order before we get to the speaker, we wait and place it at the speaker, they will have less time to prepare the order, and thus it is more likely to be ready by the time we get to the window. The bonus is that the speaker girl won't chastise us for using the app. Their app. So, we roll around to the window, where we are waiting for at least ten minutes. My drink came right out, but Julia's was taking a while. Eventually, they show up with the bacon and sausage wrap that we didn't order. They insisted the mobile order was for my drink and the wrap. We showed them the order on our phone. Two drinks. Checkmate, hippie. They came back a couple of minutes later with the drink. They said we could have the wrap anyway, so... About the wrap: It wasn't good. The potatoes in it were crunchy, because they weren't cooked. It was very hot, though, fresh out of the microwave or whatever they fixed it in. I would never buy this wrap. I've had better breakfast burritos from Kroger's frozen foods section, and they cost much less. Not only are they better, they are actually good. I would not recommend the bacon sausage wrap from Starbucks. Julia and I split it in half, and I couldn't even enjoy half of it. We're going to take a break from this Starbucks for a bit.

Mistakes made - no problem!! Whoever the older lady there was loud and aggressive toward me without provocation. I left without my drink.
Great customer service
