I go here nearly everyday, usually there’s a very nice girl there in the mornings on drive thru. Today was different the staff was rude, drink was made wrong, and when I asked for something I got an attitude and told to come in and look for it. I noticed that when that guy is working, he’s not very friendly at all. The other girl there today also very rude. My drink had no ice at all, I just asked for a cup of ice as the drink was made with none for some reason, and I got laughed at. I’m always very polite and even always tip, not sure why it’s funny that someone wants ice in their Iced drink???
Wasted my time and money, sad as this was part of my morning routine. As a mom with two kids and two full time jobs, getting coffee is a treat to myself, now I feel I have to find another location out of the way. I’m refuse to be treated like that.

The drink I was just given looked scary to even try, (I ordered my usual drink which is a LATTE and it was BLACK) I don’t know what happened but it was disgusting. Unfortunately, this location is one of the nicest inside but has atrocious service. Highly suggest you go to any other starbucks/coffee shop before you think about going here. The service has begun to sound like uninterested McDonald’s employees that hate their job. I will go out of my way and go to the Timberlake location. Forest SB, hire nice employees and train them how to make a drink.

Althoug the wait can be long, I'm always treated with respect and kindness every time I visit. My drinks are usually as I ordered them, so I don't have much to complain about. I typically visit when it isn't very busy.
Ordered two drinks and they were awful. Spent over $12 dollars for something we couldn’t even drink. Would strongly suggest trying a different Starbucks if you have a choice.

I had a Starbucks gift card and wanted to try something different. So I pulled out to the drive thru and asked for them to make me a fun drink. When I got to the window they had made a 12 oz sweet ice coffee that was super good. They gave me the drink for free and it made my day. So thank you so much Starbucks y’all are the best and happy holidays to you!!
