The drink I was just given looked scary to even try, (I ordered my usual drink which is a LATTE and it was BLACK) I don’t know what happened but it was disgusting. Unfortunately, this location is one of the nicest inside but has atrocious service. Highly suggest you go to any other starbucks/coffee shop before you think about going here. The service has begun to sound like uninterested McDonald’s employees that hate their job. I will go out of my way and go to the Timberlake location. Forest SB, hire nice employees and train them how to make a drink.

Althoug the wait can be long, I'm always treated with respect and kindness every time I visit. My drinks are usually as I ordered them, so I don't have much to complain about. I typically visit when it isn't very busy.

I had a Starbucks gift card and wanted to try something different. So I pulled out to the drive thru and asked for them to make me a fun drink. When I got to the window they had made a 12 oz sweet ice coffee that was super good. They gave me the drink for free and it made my day. So thank you so much Starbucks y’all are the best and happy holidays to you!!

Starbucks is Starbucks. The lakeside drive phillips location offers limited parking. I don't that driving in circles adds to the Starbuck experience. If iwNt drive thru,I'll go to Duncan Donuts and save 5 dollars.

Came to this Starbucks on my day off to enjoy the BOGO deal. Completely understand being overrun as a former barista. But there were six employees working (two making drinks). We waited 16 minutes for our drinks and then they were melted by the time we actually got them cause they were misplaced on the drive thru side. Staff was not pleasant at all. You could tell that they were not celebrated or appreciated because their work ethic and the cleanliness of the shop showed it. It was a mess. Would love to see a turn around for sure. I loved working at Starbucks myself and it sucks to see shops this way.
