Lydia provided extraordinary service with a smile during a busy Friday afternoon. She proactively offered me an ice water while I was seated in the lobby making a work call. No Starbucks associate has ever done this for me! I sincerely appreciated her friendly demeanor and will definitely be returning to this location.

Morning crew that worked on October 1st, 2025 at around 8-9am needs a hospitality class or something. They don’t greet you or even look at you when you walk in the door. I had a pick up order but wanted to ask them a question so I walk up to the front counter and say “excuse me” nobody looks my way or even replies until a few times of me saying that. Now I understand they may have not known who I was talking to. But I mean come on, read the room. I wouldn’t say that they’re rude but let’s be a little more welcoming, kindness is free but in this case, the employees are getting paid to do it.
