Morning crew that worked on October 1st, 2025 at around 8-9am needs a hospitality class or something. They don’t greet you or even look at you when you walk in the door. I had a pick up order but wanted to ask them a question so I walk up to the front counter and say “excuse me” nobody looks my way or even replies until a few times of me saying that. Now I understand they may have not known who I was talking to. But I mean come on, read the room. I wouldn’t say that they’re rude but let’s be a little more welcoming, kindness is free but in this case, the employees are getting paid to do it.

This is my go to Starbucks as it is right down the street from my house. Everyone who works at the Timberlake store is so friendly and hard working! They have hands down some of the best customer service in all of Lynchburg! My drinks are always accurate and delicious. I can always get through the drive thru quickly even when there is a line. Keep up the great work guys!! :)
