Genuinely this store takes more than 30 every time I’m here even when I Mobil order. I’m so sad they got rid of the other by Liberty campus because this one sucks.

There's always something with this place. For 3 days straight they were out of oatmilk. They put whip cream twice when asked for none. The eggnog has so much nutmeg in it you can't taste the eggnog. The tipping is out of control. I prefer the Timberlake store or even the Barnes and Noble location. Tired of disappointment 😞
I waited 20 minutes for one drink. I saw four employees: one dilly dallying, two gossiping, one working his tail off.

I went into the drive through of this Starbucks and ordered two grande americanos at 2:15pm on Tuesday November 11th. When I went to pay the girl working at the cash held out the card reader expecting me to just tap with the 5$ tip already selected. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or not but this should be prevented especially when 90% of your customers are college students already struggling financially.

7:30pm on a Wednesday night I stop in for a large decaf coffee. I don’t really consume much caffeine so all it takes is a little bit to ruin my day. Anyway 30 min later it’s abundantly clear that they gave me a regular coffee. Eventually I’m in bed tossing and turning until 4am. On a weekday no less. Do better.
This location has gotten awful. Not sure what’s going on but I order the same thing and some days it tastes like water. If it doesn’t taste like water then they are out of oat milk. Every other day this location seems to be out oat milk.
Cafe mocha wasn't sweet, long wait with no line.
Waited 20+ minutes for two coffees and they barely tasted like coffee, me and my mom both got hot white mochas and we both agreed that they tasted extremely watered down. We’re very disappointed and regularly get white mochas but they have never tasted like just water until now.

22 min and still have not got my orders Starbucks needs to reevaluate their model as they are losing me as a customer. This is the 5th time I have been to a Starbucks in a different city over the last few weeks and it’s taken me 20+ min to get my order after walking in. Crazy! Fix your problems

Ordered a pike place coffee,it took almost 10 minutes,it was room temperature cold. When I ask for another one I was handed another one with no apology or nothing at all. Last visit to this location.

No urgency. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving to give plenty of time for them to make it. When I got there, it had not been made and they were “working on it”, aka started making it after waiting in the store another 5-10 minutes. This was in the evening with no rush. I worked at Starbucks and know how they operate so come on guys.
The staff is always super friendly and fixes any order issues fast, especially when someone grabs the wrong mobile order by mistake.

It's a great coffee shop! They're was thankfully another Starbucks across the highway, because otherwise one or the other would be SLAMMED with patrons and would probably cause car crashes! This one had more than adequate seating somehow (outside and inside), the baristas all seem so happy with their jobs that I sometimes I wish I would have studied to be a barista instead of a mathetician ❤️🥰 Here a pic of today, I'm seated with a good and godly friend who loves trying all the restaurants, but knows Starbucks' drinks and loves the atmosphere!
