My worst Starbucks experience. Ordered a latte and two breakfast sandwiches. 20 minutes later the sandwiches (stale bread) finally showed up. Gave up on waiting for the coffee - just left without it. The wait was insane. Wish I had just gone to McD’s.

It was a nice store inside. Staff was friendly. The person who made most of the drinks didn't say people's names loud enough and most drinks would sit there for a while because people didn't realize their coffee was ready. Many places to sit. Everything is concrete so sounds travels a great deal in the store so hard to have a private conversation

I came through the drive through with my sister in law for my birthday yesterday. I told the girl taking my order that I was having a hard time with my app getting my birthday drink. And that if it wouldn’t work I would pay for it. She told me that we would figure it out one way or another! And she had the sweetest voice. We pulled up and she handed me my drink and exclaimed “happy birthday!” so excitedly. My drink even said “Happy birthday!” Her name was Mercury and she was so incredibly nice and helpful. Hope to have her again the next time I come by!
