Employees are shared between multiple eateries and there isn't any organization. There was debate as to who could help me from what eatery. My cheese pizza had so much cheese on it not allowing it to cook properly and was a soggy mess.

I can't give a review for a place thats open but never had staff to help your or they are closed cause they can't keep staff. I am sorry but close down and get out the mall if you can't keep staff at you place of business.

Alright service slightly brunt my food and then tossed it to remake without asking if I would be OK or to remake (would've been perfect). Rushed to remake added wrong fillings then set right next to flames to give appearance of being done. Came out in less than 5 minutes but insides were cold and the meats uncooked.

I'm from Connecticut so I'm very fussy about my pizza!! Here in the Lynchburg Virginia area I have not found acceptable pizza!! Until today!! Zaza StoneFire Pizza in the Ridgeview Mall is very good!! Certainly not as good as what I grew up with for 64 years but the best I've found here in this area. Latrelle, who took my order, was absolutely wonderful!! I asked a lot of questions and he was patient, informative and my pizza came out exactly as I ordered it!! Latrelle has excellent customer service skills!! Zaza StoneFire Pizza is lucky to have him!! The portions were generous and I love that it was cut into eight slices instead of four which people usually do with the personal size pizza. I like the smaller slices. I highly recommend is Zaza StoneFire Pizza in Ridgeview Mall!!

I had ordered a ham and pineapple but they said they didn't have ham. So I asked for a cheese pizza instead. I got a pizza with pineapple on it that was barely edible and I ended up throwing away. When I went back the next day to see if we could do something about it, the solution I was given was not a refund or a new pizza but that I could PURCHASE a new pizza and they would discount it by 2 dollars. Terrible service and it is inedible. Would not recommend and now I'm out 14 dollars for a pizza that I could not even eat

Very friendly staff. They build your pizza right there the way you want. They are very generous with all the toppings! Your pizza comes out quickly and the end result is delicious!

Ordered from the app only for them to tell me they do not support the âEverydayâ app to order food. When I got there, Kenyans (which Iâm assuming is the manager) always looks annoyed and mad everytime I order food from any of the 2 places (Grounded and Zaza). Said it would take 10 minutes for them to make, but I got it in 20 minutes. It sucks, because I work at the mall and that is my entire break they took to make the pizza. If they still used the app, this wouldnât be happening. They still have the option to order from this location on âEverydayâ so I donât understand why this âisnât being supportedâ. Every time I order from here Iâve always gotten horrible attitudes and service especially from this specific manager.

For a college food hall style restaurant the calzone was pretty decent. The service I received was awful. The two ladies behind the counter didnât great us, barely spoke and looked almost annoyed that we bothered them. I get it, working front facing customer service sucks at times but thatâs no excuse to behave this way
These people are rude and ghetto. The attitude doesn't fit with the Christian values of Lynchburg. Staff was horribly rude to my wife and mother inlaw. Just rude. Goto Chick-fil-A.

Wow! What a great spot for pizza. The staff were so friendly and helpful as I tried this place for the first time. The pizza and stromboli were delicious. The stromboli is made to order with plenty of toppings to choose from. Getting a combo gives you a drink and the choice between a salad or garlic cheesy bread. I recommend this place

Pizza sauce, cheese and toppings would immediately slide off at the slightest incline necessary to transport it to my mouth leaving a cracker in my hand as opposed to a pizza slice, this could have been redeemed partially by silverware being available although none was. One of the employees also seemed to have a severe case of the Mondays
