Food was sloppy service sloppy when asked what did I want on the spicy nacho sub EVERYTHING PLEASE! Was my reply you want it toasted? No, the chicken is going to be cold well how do you heat the chicken confused if my meat needed to be toasted or the bread and meat or meat and cheese. Toast it please do you want jalapeños, yes do you want nacho cheese sauce? Yes, do you want crunchy something? Yes, please I want everything that comes on the sandwich. Do you want spicy hot sauce? Yes, not realizing I got an overload of spicy hot sauce on someone else’s sandwich and they were very disappointed this was intentional and I am very disappointed and I would never shop there again.

I went in for lunch today there were a big family in there, they were busy and the worker Jennifer had an attitude slamming items. She made my sub and it was sitting for a good 5 minutes after she heated it up so I asked her could she heat it up again, she caught an attitude put it in, when it was done she slammed the sub and I told her I didn’t want it anymore. My sister was still ordering and she told us she wasn’t taking our order anymore. Very unprofessional i understand it was busy but we wasn’t even in a rush for her to have an attitude with us.

UPDATE: Finally got back home, emptied my bladder and ate some of my half of the sandwhich. The custom Italian sub was a 5 star awesome sub. So, 3 stars overall for the experience.
Open until 12am but clean and close the bathroom before 10:30pm? 1 star service right there. I wouldn't have even ordered anything but my Twin insisted she wanted a subway sub. May the food be better than the non available bathroom.

They put my receipt and cookies in someone else's bag, which I thought was my order. When I called back and they tried to say I picked up the wrong bag. I told them that the cashier put my cookies and receipt in the bag. I took the bag and my receipt back and realized then that the girl had charged me for chips, not cookies. They made everything right but the Doritos Nachos I ordered was not good and to top it off, a creepy guy in a dark blue truck pulled into the lot, sat there watching through the window and sped off when I stepped out of the door.

It was clean, from what I saw. But worrying about job titles when you behind on online orders and have guests in the lobby waiting 10+ minutes is wild. probably why you don't have the job title you crave so bad. Sandwich wasn't toasted, sauce level applied was mid. if I hadn't wait 10+ minutes just to order I might have made some more suggestions on my sandwich.

When we were there, i noticed their fountain or where we get our drinks seems not cleaned for days. It looks dirty and untidy. Hopefully, they prioritized cleanlines esoecially food.

I had a coupon that was out of date and asked the sandwich artist if I could still use it. I just knew the answer was going to be "no," but instead, they said "yes" and were so friendly about it. Did a great job on my sub with awesome customer service.

Upon arriving to collect my online order, I discovered it was missing. Staff had mistakenly handed it to a DoorDash driver without checking. The manager on duty declined to provide a refund or replace my order, prioritizing inventory over customer service. Despite paying, I haven't received my money or food. The manager handled the situation unprofessionally and rudely, even though it was her mistake.This location is not recommended due to the manager's admission that similar incidents have occurred previously without resolution, unfairly affecting paying customers.
One thing I don't like is, not having enough meat on my sandwich. They have gotten real stingy.

I must express my utmost admiration for this Subway establishment. The staff is consistently amicable and remarkably prompt and efficient. The restaurant is always impeccably clean and orderly, making it my absolute favorite Subway. ?
