Our subs were fresh and yummy. Keshia was very professional and quick. The store was very clean but uncomfortably hot. It felt like the dessert storm in there. We had to take our lunch to go.

You use to be the best place to get a sub I ordered the all American best , it seen like it took forever for the girl to fix it , she was so slow I forgot to get the garlic oley sauce or whatever way you spell it , so I asked if I could get a side order and got charged 1.50 which was Bs if she wasn't so slow making it wouldn't forgot to add it,and there was my husband and another person waiting . Get home which was 5 mins to the house , it was toasted and cold . The sub bun was cut so thin, that only eating part of a six inch , fell apart because of the thinness of the sub bun. My husband's sub bun was the same way falling apart by the time he got to the last few bites of the 6 inch he had no bun left . Wth happened to SUBWAY? DISAPPOINTED IN IT ! USE TO BE THE BEST AROUND TIMBERLAKE WTH HAPPENED?

Shonguisha on Timberlake is awesome! I have never seen the Barr with food look so great! Everything was running so smooth had many customers and no help! Didn't faze her she ran everything awesome!!

I use to work here, was looking forward to a good sub, instead I was made fun of because of my bad teeth. I've been through a lot, cancer, chemo, and radiation. This made me never wanting to go out in public for a long time. Tim the owner does not deserve people like that working there. I was always loyal to tim, but now it's jerseys mike. I get treated well there. After making me feel down and making me cry I should deserve a a couple comped meals, but I know the owner, and he does not go out of his way for mis treated customers. What's sId is he should make it come from there pocket. I can tell you when I worked there I took great. Care for our customers and treated them all with respect. Something that has now been lost

So I was an employee at the store and on February 29 of this year I was assaulted in the parking lot which ended up with me having two broken bones and two bones dislocated. Not only has the owner himself not called me or check up on me. They also did not file an incident report, even though the ambulance and police showed up on the scene. Not a single member of management has ever contacted me in fact, as a result of the assault I was taken off the schedule and removed from the group chat henceforth essentially being fired. Tim peters, the owner Has also instructed his managers not to cooperate with returning phone calls to the police either. Then when I went to go get my paycheck, it was held for ransom until I turned in a uniform which is also illegal. So now I have medical bills and no job. I’m embarrassed to ever have worked for this company.

Did an online order spicy Italian had a friend pick it up cuz I was not feeling well. Got my food and come to found out they did not put no meat on it at all and did not do light sauce. Then they want you to come back up there when it's a waste of gas and no fate of your own. I just request for a refund cuz if I bring it back my food should be free. Meat is put on first so idk how they messed that up.

Me and my husband accidentally ordered from this subway, as we usually order from waterlick. First my husband’s sub had no sauce and a sad amount of meat on it. They put nothing he asked for and it wasn’t toasted. My sub seems like the bread and cheese were toasted, meat was cold [grilled chicken]. Very disappointing.
