I have had 3 bad experiences here now, not coming back to this store. The last straw was when I ordered on the app, got there at the time that the app said my food would be ready, and the employee that should have made my food already was sitting down talking to someone. The person they were talking to left and I was told it would be another whole hour before I got my food that I already paid for. Wouldn't even give me a refund. Had to go somewhere else for dinner for my family.
All 3 times I've had problems have been with the same employee.

WOW the store was super clean, everything fully stocked and the new staff are super friendly!! Jose is a GEM, he deserves a raise… Vonte was soo sweet as well!! So glad they got some good help!! My favorite place now to bring my special needs nephew for our weekly lunches… Thank you guys!!
