Came by today and was gonna order food online. Went to use the bathroom first before heading back out to the car with my family. Bathroom was nasty! Can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. Staff fussed at me when I was leaving saying they didn't have a public bathroom. Your nasty bathroom and staff attitude made me not want to order food.

Terrible, the bread was not fresh at all when I bit into it the top of the bread came off on my lips. I did not get it toasted. It was supposed to have more meat but it didn't. Very disappointed ☹️The girl running it at night has no personality or really hates her job!

Cheese steak sub...no cheese! Apparently new "trainee" without anyone in management training him. ? Management, when called, had no response other than...well, I can give you the cheese.

We ordered online. I arrived to pick it up and the hadn't been started. I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs, which both arrived without cheese!!! I called a manager the next day and was told the people working "were in training". I asked why no one was there training them. Manager said nothing she could do. Poor management seems to continue to be an issue here.

Me and my fiance placed a mobile order for this subway location. As we walked from the car to the door a worker quickly went to the door and locked it. This was around 5:45 pm, well before closing. There was a man dining in thr restaurant. I called the number on the door and the same worker answered, sounding out of it. She came to the door and barely opened it. Sliding our food through the door and locking it back. It was a VERY sketchy experience. Definitely will not be back at this location.

Today…. I walked in. The dining room was nasty. I told the worker what I wanted to order. I could tell she was stressed so I didn’t speak much. (I understood how she felt so I kept my silence to keep the peace…) I got my food sat down and when I got up my pants were wet from a drink spill ??♀️ fruit flies everywhere. Started crawling on my sandwich I hurried up and left. The sandwich was good it was just filthy in the store today
