Jay runs the BEST Subway I've ever tried. The proteins are clearly visible, Jay put together the best sandwich for me, even asking if I were sure he wanted salt (for my health; and yes, I did, so he did). VERY pleased with this place; it's in my favs! ✝️

Literally the absolute worst experience ever! Went into subway before going to work to get food. Before I went, I took a look to ensure I had enough time to order and make it to work on time. Only one lady in line, and she was paying for her food to go. This was 620 something. The store manager “Jay Wells” was fixing an online order and the person at the register was new. 12 minutes later (for whatever reason) I’m ready to have my order taken. The new person is asking Jay “The Store Manager” questions and you can tell he’s obviously not great at training as his facial expression and tone is a pissed off one. But I’m pissed off too because the trainee doesn’t know much. Long story short, she burned my sub leaving it in too long. I only order a 6 inch and a salad. He remakes my sub but doesn’t even put the amount of onions I wanted. Normally, when you put dressing on a salad, it’s obviously a little bit more than a cup. But because I have to work and won’t eat it until later, I wanted my salad dressing and a small cup. She proceeds to give me one cup and I asked if I could have two for this large salad. The manager says we only give one. One obviously More salad dressing has poured on Versus when you’re given A cup. I left out 21 minutes later and he rang someone up in front of me when I was ready to pay and leave. If I ever go back to that store, which I doubt, and he’s there, I’ll take my money elsewhere! By the way, this isn’t my first encounter with him but his attitude is super bad. Who put him in that position anyway!? Lost customer at this store.

The manager steals the tips from the employees at this location. This not a subway wide practice, this only happens at this location. When you’re paying for your food and want to give a percentage tip to the employee who made your sandwich, none of that money goes to that employee. The greedy manager steals the tips from them. Very sad. Bring this to light!

The person who supposedly helped me had a nasty attitude and was rude and didn't want me to provide any input into the making of my sandwich. He was was extremely pushy although there was no one wanting. He has a terrible attitude and has no customer service skills.

Whoever worked night shift august 4th needs to find a new job or get their life together. When I walk in I should be greeted by a high person with an attitude asking me what do I want. And when I say I’m a door dasher say “oh it’s there, get it and get out”. Not to mention the complaining about your life on the phone. I’ve worked in a stress environment that with all due respect is 100 times more stressful with people i despised and always came into work with a good attitude and kept it that way. Besides being professional just be a good human.

I asked the lady if she was going to get new gloves because she came over to help on the register with my turkey in the other hand never did I expect her to get mad because I didn't want her touching my sandwich that I was paying my money for with a dirty glove lesson learned I will not return but on a good note the man at the register was very nice

This place is a joke kids that dont care about their job or anything. Cant even follow simple directions Don't expect any dressing with your salad because your not going to get anything and they dont care if you do or dont WALMART subway is 100% better!!

Came in lady told me I should go to another subway because she is starting a catering order so I guess they don’t take walk-ins when they have catering. I left very poor business practice.

If I had known when I walked in that: 1) the men's toilet was piled with "stuff" and had been for days and 2) the men's restroom stunk to high heaven and 3) the women's toilet had black gunk growing around the water line in the bowl and 4) the floor between and in front of the back line cabinets was filthy I would have walked right the hell out!
