This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I'm not sure what her deal was but she was beyond rude and intentionally messed up my sandwich while making it so bad to the point I just left. I have NEVER had an experience like this at ANY OTHER subway! I travel all over the country for work so I have been too many many subways across the US! I'm completely blown back by her attitude! She was extremely rude to her employee as well!

Manger is rude, hateful and unwelcoming. My 12 year old daughter was playing with a bubble on the glass and she snapped at her I had groceriesSo I sent her to get her food. I was standing outside the restaurant and she came to me and said that she said something rude. I told my sister and she said she went there the day before and she was hateful and stared at her.

Employee refused to make sub until she finished stocking because the truck was late. Told me wait. When I asked how long, she said that there was anther subway on old forest and I should go there. Talk about customer service. If you dislike your job, just quit and don’t take it out on the customers.

Employee Jasmine Roldan was rude when I tried to change my order then refused to serve me and went into the back. I cracked the door open to yell for a manager Jasmine comes back out cursing me out yelling at me so I approached her and she whips out a knife and opens it up. As she opens the knife she slices my left hand a little. Doubt they are firing her!!!

Absolutely pleasant experience yesterday at this location. Dee was a joy to be around and she was very kind. I was having a rough day and she definitely helped with that. I got pretzels and a drink. I didn't care for the nacho cheese but the pretzels were good.
Vegetarian options: Veggie subs and salads
Kid-friendliness: Juice boxes and milk
Parking: It's inside Walmart Supercenter so there is plenty of parking

Got exactly what we wanted even so late in the evening.The sandwich specialist did a great job and was patient while we decided.
Ordered pick up 30 minutes ahead of when I wanted to got there and it wasn’t ready had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my food that I ordered 30 minutes prior to that not to mention rude staff

This location always has great people working in it. I've gone in, called in and used the drive thru. They have never given bad service here. Not to me. It may be a tad slow in drive thru, but, duh!!, They're making it as they go, as you order. So that shouldn't be a surprise. If you want a great sub (new menu is great), great service, this is the sandwich shop to hit. Be good to those who make you're food!!! ??
