I placed my order online at 2:30, it was marked ready at 2:55 and I arrived at 3:02. My order wasn’t ready when I got there, not sure what happened with that and was told it would be right out. Then proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes for my order to be made incorrectly. Usually I wouldn’t care as much but due to this I didn’t get to eat on my lunch break. They need to put more people on the schedule because having one person working is ridiculous and not fair to the employee. Or at least hire people who are going to hustle at least a tiny bit.

There was a woman at Subway named Shy. She stayed 25 minutes past her shift to help me. She had wonderful manners, great personality, and went above and beyond in service. A great worker at a great restaurant. I give her and this place five stars may she receive the recognition she deserves!

I ordered online delivery during a bogo footlong sale. When it arrived only 1 was a footlong, the other was half. I tried calling to get it resolved and rang them over and over for 30 min straight with no answer. (Wasn't during peak hours either) will be ordering from timberlake from now on.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches for pickup (bacon egg cheese etc). Got home @8-9 min later and opened them up to eat. They were all cold like they had just come out of the frig. Very disappointing ?
