I ordered online delivery during a bogo footlong sale. When it arrived only 1 was a footlong, the other was half. I tried calling to get it resolved and rang them over and over for 30 min straight with no answer. (Wasn't during peak hours either) will be ordering from timberlake from now on.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches for pickup (bacon egg cheese etc). Got home @8-9 min later and opened them up to eat. They were all cold like they had just come out of the frig. Very disappointing ?

Crazy bipolar manager working at this location, avoid if possible. She has dark hair with dyed streaks in it, built like a potato. Could hear her badmouthing customers as soon as she thought they couldn't hear her. Needs to up her psycho meds.

This subway was an embarrassment. The workers were new and very young I do not hate or show any bad I'll into them. They just need training. They need to be trained on how serious handling food is. This is stuff that kills people. Watch the workers work hard and go no where and constantly in eachother ways. But the moment we saw one of them handle money with gloves on and proceeded to make another order and not change his gloves. My brother stopped him by calmly talking to him. The young kid got the manager to assist the floor as there was a line forming now. The manager was in a bad mood already and when we attempted to talk to her about this health issues she went off and yelled and gave excuses before we can get through anything. She kicked us out of the store for trying to help so they don't kill anyone. Never got the managers name but big lady with face(maybe neck) tattoos with piercing. She gave excuses about leaking pipe and that she needs to handle that verse anything else. So please if you go this subway just make sure they wash their hands and change their gloves while making your food.

Me & my boyfriend doordashed subway tonight & what we got in our subs was not what we ordered , both of them had cucumbers , green peppers , onions. for starters i'm allergic to cucumbers, and my boyfriend's allergic to onions , so our subs found their way in the trash. won't be eating at this location again
