I've just recently started eating here and I must say the food was absolutely the BEST!!! Everyone was so friendly the bar was clean and fully stocked, the drink vista was fully stocked, the chip rack was fully stocked, as they all are each time I've came in and the store was super clean and nice!! I most definitely recommend eating here as I will most definitely be a returning customer!! Thanks guys yall are awesome!!!

There was this one gentleman that made our sandwiches and they were not only the best sandwiches I've had at Subway yet he was the nicest young man don't really made our day better and I will get his name next time and make sure I put him in my next review because he was a sweetheart

My wife and I came in today to grab a quick dinner. We both ordered toasted sandwiches and when we sat down to eat, they were both still completely cold. The cheese hadn’t even begun to melt.

I took one sandwich up to the three guys who were on shift, who did initially apologize and blamed it on the oven. Instead of making us new sandwiches, they put them back in the oven, slamming the oven door multiple times. When they took it out again, smoke poured out of the oven to the point where they had to prop the front door open to clean up the air. I’m assuming the paper the sandwich was on was burning, which they then handed back to me.

They proceeded to do the same thing with the second sandwich, as one staff member told the other he should probably stop because of the smoke. He ignored him, continuing to pump smoke into the restaurant.

After getting back both sandwiches (which were still cold, the bread was just now hard), one of the employees apologized for the inconvenience, which prompted the other to mock him, telling him he shouldn’t say sorry to us.

My wife and I were very uncomfortable in the environment overall. As soon as we finished eating our cold sandwiches, we left right away, with all three employees hanging out in the back office laughing and yelling at each other.

For sure won’t be coming back.

I got a foot long roast beef. The number of roast beef slices was 6…I have eaten at many subways and have never had to search for the meat. I know it was 6 because the ā€œtrainerā€ told the ā€œtraineeā€ 6 pieces and they counted them. I basically had a vegetable sub.

They charged my card twice for the same meal and the manger didn't know how to give me a refund. They blamed it on door dash, witch i dont use...I've eating this location at least once a week for the past 3 years. Today they robbed me and pretty much said sorry about your luck and they were busy and didn't have time to correct the problem. I will never do business with them again.

Arrived to pick up my mobile order and waited at the express pick up for a few minutes. Then the older lady asked me which order I'm there for. I tell her. She rolls her eyes and goes back to working on the line of customers without telling me anything. Needless to say I will not be back. This is got to be the worst subway in the Lynchburg area. If you don't want to do mobile orders, then don't accept them.

I almost always order ahead on the app and the food is never ready when promised. The woman who is usually working when I am here never seems to care if orders are late. Any location in Lynchburg is better than here.

The sandwiche bread was hard. They had put the bacon on the wrong sandwich . The olives tasted sour. I will not be going back to that one again.
