We had a good experience here last week with a young man who was super efficient, polite and helpful. He filled the orders faster than almost any other Subway I've been to. The food was good.

This woman with light colored hair and septum piercing was really rude at waterlick rd location in Lynchburg, VA and didn't understand that I wanted to use a coupon for a buy one get one free and wanted it all on one tab for the coupon only. Playing me like I was stupid when she didn't understand the whole time that I wanted separate transactions for everything else other than the coupon. Then she proceeded to say no, this is just getting a little too much now. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless they want to have terrible customer service, I know they lost me as customer because nobody deserves to be treated like that. This happened around 4:30pm on 7/6/24. If you are the owner reading this, she should have been fired for this kind of behavior at this location.

food was fine. customer service was absolutely terrible some teenage girl with red hair and braids was extremely rude to me and my friend while making our subs my friend asked for mozzarella she told her she didn’t have shredded my friend replies “that’s fine the fancy one and laughs “ and she practically rolled her eyes and said “that’s gonna be extra” which we already knew alongside with being rude for the rest of making our subs. i won’t be coming back here idc if you’re having a bad day that’s no reason to treat your customers badly being someone who works in fast food you always treat the customers good especially when they are being nice to you.
I made my order online when the online app told me my sub was ready. I went to pick it up. I was then told that my sub was not even started yet. I waited for people that were in line to get done before. The man even started my sub. I was very irritated and lost my appetite but since I paid online already. I waited and got my food. My subs were supposed to be ready at 5:55 PM and at 630 my sub. Was finally starting to be made. I really am irritated at this and I hope you fix this problem thank you.
The subs I got are not on the items to pick at the bottom of your survey. So I got a tuna fish sub and I got a hammock cheese sub.

My spouse visited Subway this evening and witnessed uncalled for behavior on the part of 2 employees. A red-headed employee was cussing out a blonde employee and causing a disturbance in the restaurant. There was another employee in the store who didn't appear to be working at all. The blonde employee was the only one working and kept her composure to meet customers' needs while other staff were very unprofessional. This situation reflects poorly on management and the training of the two unprofessional employees. In any work situation, customers should expect to not have to listen to profanity - especially geared at other coworkers who are doing their job.

We went to order as a family. The lady who attended us was really racist and the attention wasn't good she didn't even told our choices....the worst part was when there I went to ask why hadn't she attend my mom and looked at us weird. My mom doesn't know how to speak English well and she was really mean to my mom!

The bread wasn't nearly as good as it used to be and it was hard. I'll always loved the smell of their bread and the softness of it. It has become narrower and a different consistency. Bring back the old bread please.

And literally was slamming things around while she had a line of people and complaining to them about the manager. Wow. Just wow. You make sandwiches. It's not that serious.
