We had a good experience here last week with a young man who was super efficient, polite and helpful. He filled the orders faster than almost any other Subway I've been to. The food was good.
I made my order online when the online app told me my sub was ready. I went to pick it up. I was then told that my sub was not even started yet. I waited for people that were in line to get done before. The man even started my sub. I was very irritated and lost my appetite but since I paid online already. I waited and got my food. My subs were supposed to be ready at 5:55 PM and at 630 my sub. Was finally starting to be made. I really am irritated at this and I hope you fix this...
The bread wasn't nearly as good as it used to be and it was hard. I'll always loved the smell of their bread and the softness of it. It has become narrower and a different consistency. Bring back the old bread please.
