Polite staff and very clean atmosphere

Always a good time, good frozen yogurt, good toppings

I have been to this location and forest several times. Zach is my favorite! He is always kind to me and the other customers.

Yogurt was good & expensive but the young mustach employee was a complete rude experience and embarrassing soul

Terrible service at Sweet Frog. The worker, Pam, was so rude. After we paid for a small amount of yogurt, she told us it was “No Weigh Day” and laughed at Won’t be back. She said there was a sign (which there wasn’t. and we should’ve known and we should’ve checked the Facebook page when we have never been here before and would never have thought to check a Facebook page. We won’t be back and Pam needs to be fired for her attitude

Horrible experience at Sweet Frog today. After we carefully chose a small amount of ice cream (because we didn’t want to spend a lot), we paid and THEN the worker, Pam, smugly told us it was “No Weigh Day.” She even laughed in our faces about it. If she actually cared about customer service, she would have told us before we checked out so we could have enjoyed the promotion. Instead, she waited until after we paid, when it was too late to get more.

For first-time customers like us, this was extremely rude and disappointing. Pam’s behavior was unprofessional, unkind, and made us feel unwelcome. We will not be coming back, and I’d caution others to think twice before spending their money here.

Just boycott, on the way they treat their employees.

This was the first time my daughter and I ever visited Sweet Frog, and we figured out along the way what to do. I didn't know if we were supposed to grab the toppings or if they did it. When I asked, it was almost as if I was bothering the worker. Checking out was the same thing. I didn't know you were supposed to put both dishes on the scale. He let us know in a cranky manner. Maybe he was having a bad day... who knows?? I honestly could take it or leave it.

It was great. Love the flavors that they have. Just way to many different kinda toppings with a lot of sugar. Since they charge by the weight of your cup of ice cream. The minimum is gonna be at least 15 bucks for a cup and the cup is kinda small for that price. I kinda wanted to leave it there and leave when she said 33 dollars total. I said 33 bucks for what. Lol

First thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of a dirty mop. The selection is less than premium, and the prices are more than you expect to check out. Overall really not worth the visit

The lady working today (12/27/24) provided excellent service, was a very inviting person, had the environment very clean and organized, was constantly serving, cleaning, or organizing and is an employee that should be retained, promoted, and rewarded!!!
