LOLA was amazing! She is one of the nicest tacobell employees. Tacobell isn't known for their great service but with her apart of your team she definitely makes a positive impact. She is so polite and kind and on top of things. I was so impressed I had to write this review! Food was great except for the rice some of it was a bt hard/stale.

Lady got my drink wrong twice I specifically said dirty Baja freeze and she gave me a normal Baja blast and then I said that wasn’t what I ordered and she was aggressively saying “I’ll give it to you” and she just handed me the cream in a cup and I wanted the freeze, THEN I asked for fire sauce TWICE and she just ignored me and didn’t put any in the bag after I ordered it . THEN the tacos I got were supposed to be supreme and yet they were plain.

Someone close to me got food poisoning from this location after eating here around 11. He started vomiting around 4a and has vomited a total of 10x so far. He can't hold anything down. I will be calling the health department about this situation.

I love this location. It’s so clean and a nice interior. The workers are really nice and tend to double check by asking if I want sauces and that things are made how I want. I wish prices were a tad better but I know that’s not the workers fault

Food is great most of the time. I would recommend Candlers Mtn Rd location over other Lynchburg area Taco Bell locations. Staff keep restaurant clean, including dining area and bathrooms. They balance drive-thru, dine-in, and takeout customers well here, too. So you can walk-in, and not worry about being forgotten just because drive-thru got busy. If there's a mistake with your order, they're really good customer service and remake it right. Team communicates well and professionally with each other vs other fast food locations in this area. Nice atmosphere but chairs aren't comfortable. Service is excellent when a strong team lead is working, good when there isn't. Staff is friendly

Came here after a very long drive and arrived around midnight. Needed a quick bite before bed. Ordered two $7 boxes with 2 cheese roll ups. Both hardshell tacos were completely broken and both cheesy roll ups were crumpled up and completely stuck to the wrapper. Yall need to do better. I’m too tired to come back so have to eat it. And the boxes were securely held by a passenger so there’s no possible way that the tacos were broken because of us. Yall did this on purpose. Don’t like doing the work? Don’t work there! Without customers you wouldn’t have a job… this is totally unacceptable to serve to your customers

Abysmal service.
Waited more than 10 minutes while line cook who acted like the owner was his mother. The cashier had to call 4 or 5 times back from wandering to his station. When I got my order the rice was mushy and refrigerator cold. The potato taco was cery stale..

The employees were nice and friendly and got my pick-up order out to me very fast with everything in it being mostly correct! When they forgot my Avocado Verde Salsa and I asked to get it after ordering, they promptly gave it to me. The food was amazing and definitely worth the wait.
