I joined the Taco Bell awards online app. Was so excited to get a Big box, plus a drink for just 1.00 with joining. Food was ready when I got there and it was an awesome value even had I paid the full 5.99. kudos to employees here for always being spot on and with a smile. I love me sum Tacos!

I ordered a party pack of soft shell tacos which is 12 tacos, a chicken quesadilla and lots of mild sauce. I get home and I have 8 tacos, no quesadilla and only about 6 packets of hot and diablo sauce. I tried to call the number and it rings half a ring and ends the call. Horrible service even asked the guy before driving off if everything was in the box and he said yes. Wrong.

Food is hit or miss - often miss. I've been through for breakfast many times and order the sausage crunchwrap. You never know which one you're going to get though. I always check the receipt which is right, but I guess they just throw whatever they feel like making in a bag and hand it out the window. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon. I'm tired of getting the wrong food.

I went to this taco bell to grab some dinner after a stressful day. I ended up having a panic attack while I was here. The staff were very friendly and understanding. One employee in particular helped me call a friend and gave me some comforting conversation. She was the absolute sweetest and really went above and beyond. I thanked her again before I left but she deserves some recognition. The name for the cashier on my receipt says Shanette Y. She told me her name but I was so anxious I cannot remember if this is the right name or not. If this reaches her I just want to say thank you again you are incredibly kind without hesitation. Bless You! The staff here are amazing.
