That was a day to remember. It started off with a slight rumble in the tumble, and quickly became one of the most apocalyptic nightmares I've ever experienced. I cried, I screamed, I started hallucinating at one point. Then it was finally over. By the graces of the Gods I was finally through it. It was over.

I went to the drive thru like twice and I ate inside once. They always have my order wrong even if it was rung up correctly. I SAID NO SOUR CREAM OR ONIONS ON ANYTHING BUT THEY KEPT PUTTING THEM ON! I'm allergic to them. Every time I get a drink from the drive thru, they always fill it up full with ice and I only take like a few sips and the whole drink is gone. I specifically asked them to give me regular Baja Blast or Pepsi, but they kept giving me diet which is such a scam. And I don't know what kind of people they're hiring, but I remember that I heard someone cussing on the speaker and it might be that light skin girl that took my order. Don't waste your time here and if you still wanna eat at a Taco Bell, eat at a different location.

Average drive thru experience. I ordered the chalupa bundle and when I got home, I saw that I didn’t receive the chalupa. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went back up there and showed them my bag so they could see I had no chalupa. Some crack head looking lady who might have been a shift manager (because she had the buttoned up shirt) had attitude claiming she made it, which she might have, it just didn’t make it to my bag. She kept on talking uncustomer service- like and crazy. I ignored it because I understand we all have rough days, but at least wait until I leave. Another shift manager ended up helping me and get me a chalupa, the chalupa was cold. I live every bit of 3-4 mins from this location, it shouldn’t have been cold. My 5 layer burrito was also super skimp. I was a Taco Bell shift manager in the past and I know what is trained and how she acted is not how Taco Bell is trained at all.
They consistently get my order wrong but they’ve twice now put meat in my black bean crunch wrap. Last time was straight up beef, tonight was little bits of chicken on top of the beans. They’re either absolutely shocking with food hygiene and don’t care about cross contamination, or they’re deliberately messing with peoples food. Either way, avoid this store if you have any dietary requirements unless you want to end up in hospital - it’s simply not worth the risk.

Ran by a bunch of idiots as far as I can see. Ordered from this location multiple times now and not once has the entire order been correct. I avoid the beans, 3 cheese blend, and the lettuce because in my time working for taco bell those were always rancid and we were told to push it anyway. If my food comes with those I can't see it as anything but a great way to get food poisoning.
