This is hands down the most poorly run fast food restaurant I have ever been to.For one, "fast" is more than a misnomer, especially if you make the mistake of ordering in the restaurant or even placing a mobile order for carry out, regularly my friends and I have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes to pick up orders we placed through the app well-before arrive at the "restaurant", and before you ask, no they've never been busy (gee, I wonder why).And for "food", it is laughable how often they screw up orders. Case in point, I just recently picked up an order, my spicy potato soft taco had (I kid you not) 1 potato wedge and 0 sauce. My cheesey gordita crunch has maybe a teaspoon of beef in it, again, 0 sauce, and a hilarious small, I guess dash would be the word, of cheese.So they're not fast, and more often than not the food they serve is screwed up. So I'm not sure how they could be considered "fast food."I have lost count of the amount of times my orders have been screwed up here, and of course there's somehow "no way" for them to issue any refunds through the same app you paid for.Take my word for it, you're better off going to the Taco Bell next to the mall, fast service, and never once have they gotten my order incorrectly.Or if you're deadset on eating on Timberlake, El Cabritos is a much better option than this joke of a Taco Bell.

Horrible customer service by cashier, Annie W. I tried to use a giftcard for my purchase (which is a cardstock type material) and it was bent. She was very vulgar in her comments dropping F bombs every other word because the paper card was bent. Next time you’re going to discuss a customer/ issues with a customer, maybe make sure the window is closed first.

Got the new 7 dollar order all we got was a taco and 5 layer burrito 6 or so chips and a drink...way less food than the 5 dollar box unless they left food out....not happy at ALL

It was the worst experience I've ever had at the Candlers Station Taco Hell. Rude staff, waited over 35 mins and had to ask for my refund and the worker got rude.

I have never been so inconvenienced on so many occasions. I will not be back after this time! EVERY - and that is not an exaggeration - EVERY time we have ordered from this location they have somehow managed to forget items or just completely butcher the order. I guess you really can't expect much more from a fast food joint, but my god. The sheer inability to put together at least one order correctly. I'm amazed.
