I come to this Taco Bell frequently as I work close by. The girl at the drive thru window with all the nose piercings and bright orange hair could seriously benefit from more training. She is one of the most unfriendly employees I’ve ever come across. She never has a word to say. As she passes me my drink, I thank her - no response. As she passes my food, I thank her-no response. She then asks if I want any sauces- I reply no thank you, and still no other words from her. She never tells me to have a great day, a great life, nothing. Every time I drive off, I say “have a great day!” But she does not seem to acknowledgment it or anything at all. Just flat out rude/unfriendly. 0 aura points from me. I’m throwing in the towel on this new Taco Bell location, sorry!

You couldn’t pay me to eat at this location. Food is cold and poorly prepared by employees who don’t care about their job. Ice machine was broken (gave me a soda with no ice), no nacho fries, no chips and cheese. Basically out of everything. Food was terrible it was absolutley disgusting. Please choose any other Taco Bell location over this location. They need immediate help badly from corporate management.

Update: Why have a front counter when no one is willing or wanting to help a customer standing at the front counter when they walk in the door during lunch?
Shells were stale. Food wasnt warm. Ordered 4 tacos. I recieved two. Didn't even give me a straw for my drink. Worst taco bell in town. Check your oder before you leave. This place is a total joke.

I LOVE THIS TACO BELL!! they always bless me up, my food is always right and hot when i get it. one time the (i’m assuming manger) accidentally gave me the wrong order and he sprinted out of the building and ran through the parking lot while i was driving away to stop me to fix my order and gave me a coupon for a free taco. the same male employee (he’s giving maybe supervisor/manager?) who works nights is super nice and remembers me when i come through and makes a point to say hi and ask how i’m doing.

I go to this taco bell alot since it I'd so close to my home and work. Every single time I go I am so impressed with how kind the staff is and I never have any issues! My food is always great, the service is fast! I think this is one of thr best tb in lynchburg for sure!
