I just had the nastiest interaction with a woman who works at this location on Valentines Day about 5 minutes ago 11:22pm. I came inside and seen that my door dash offer I was picking up was ready so I flagged the woman down after she picked up a in house order and she began to berate me saying very loudly “You have to wait like everyone else !” I informed her I was simply letting her know the order I was coming to pick up was already ready so she could be aware . She began to yell at me and used demeaning language. As a proud patron especially at the Main St location in downtown, I can’t believe that I was treated like this. Can someone in management pull the camera and see how this woman yelled and aggressively came at me ? You will see exactly who she is and you will see how it escalated due to her tone and behavior. I don’t know what she’s going through but everyone has a struggle , that doesn’t mean you get ugly and blow up on people. I did nothing to warrant anger other than show my phone screen so you could know the order I came to get was prepared. Everyone seen that and agreed it was very unprofessional and ghetto.

The owner legitimately made a post asking someone to call a Dr to verify a worker's doctor's note. Not only is this unprofessional as hell, it's a blatant HIPAA violation. Don't support them.

It looks like a Johnny Rockets, but the food is quite average. The good thing is that the place is clean and welcoming. If you're expecting a place for milkshakes, malts, and hamburgers, you'll only find the burgers. They don't serve milkshakes and malts. Additionally, the food was very expensive and not of the best quality and let me just add per their comment below very unprofessional. #JohnnyRocketswouldnever

I heard about Texas Inn and wanted to give it a try. I had the Hot dog all the way and loved it. The rest of my family loved their meals also. The food was served hot, fast and delicious. Coconut Cream pie and chocolate pie are great also. Everyone there was extremely friendly.

We found this place, tucked in and hiding on the corner. We'd had a long day moving our son out of his apartment, and we were pretty much out of options. We decided to try Texas Inn, mostly because they were open until 3am! Boy, were we glad we did! The food was amazing! The 2 ladies at the grill were on point, and our waitress was unnerved by the steady stream of customers coming in and out. My kids loved everything they ordered, which is a miracle in itself! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. I feel like it's Lynchburg's own little secret! Thank you!
