Check #50031, table of 4, server failed to put one persons order into the system. At no point did anyone come by the table for us to ask about the food. Despite reqs &15 min wait managers never came.
Our waitress was great, and doing the best she could with the hand she was dealt! We waited 42 minutes before we even saw the salad, while others who were seated after us got their food in less time! When they told us the appetizer would probably come out with the meal, I cancelled it! Their manager was less than helpful, and I could tell that her comments were scripted! I told her to do better! I don’t particularly recommend this place, but to each his own!
They kindly offered to pay for my husbands dinner as he is a veteran. I loved the veterans table too
